Hey! My name's Amanda (aka Mystic) and welcome to my profile! I live in the United States and I love singing, learning piano, and listening to music. I also LOVE writing, especially TNBC fanfiction (as you probably know as it is most likely why you clicked on my name hee hee).

I have a strange fascination with The Nightmare Before Christmas and it became my focus of my fanfiction writing. I am finally finished with my "Nightmare Series" or "Nightmare Trilogy" as I call it and my writing has improved a lot since I originally began. I hope you guys give it a chance and for you avid readers of the NT (Nightmare Trilogy), thank you so much for all of your support!! You are the people that keep me writing so thank you eternally! The Nightmare on Hallow's Eve: It's about a 9-year-old human girl who accidentally wanders into Halloween Town. Cool right? Not for her, Amelia is timid, shy, and is fearful of anything the least bit scary. Yet somehow, Jack manages to befriend her and has promised to help her overcome her fears. However, a certain green monster has a keen interest in the newcomer to Halloween Town. Why? What happens? Read and find out!

The Nightmare of Amelia Brave: It is the sequel to The Nightmare on Hallow's Eve. Amelia is now 15, going on 16, and has been put in charge of this year's Halloween! As she is balancing everything involved in being the leader of Halloween Town, a mysterious, yet devilishly handsome, vampire by the name of Alucard comes to town. On top of that, she is being haunted by a strange ghost who looks just like her! What on earth is going on, how are all of these things related, and how does Jack's past tie into all of this!? Read and find out!

The Nightmare of Her Dreams: Yet ANOTHER sequel!? Yup, this is the story which completes the Nightmare Trilogy. Amelia is back in Halloween Town for the tenth anniversary since she "dropped" in on the holiday. But she can only stay for a short while for she must get back to her hectic life as a working college student. But shortly after she leaves, something traumatic happens to her and she flees back to Halloween Town. But what happens when our favorite sorceress suddenly goes missing!? Even worse, Oogie is back and has a new accomplice, an evil sorceress. Why the team up? Because they had one goal in common, to rid the world of Jack Skellington! What on earth is going to happen in this crazy threequel? Read and find out!

Okay, please read this: I know a lot of you have been asking for me to read your stories and give my opinion, but please understand that I have a busy life! I'm freshman in college involved in a lot of different things and simply don't have enough hours in the day to take the requests. Honestly I'm flattered that you guys consider me to be the person you'd like to have read and advise you on your writing skills, but I simply can't. I use my free-time to write my own story, which is usually on the weekends, and the rest of my time is devoted to homework. I have a life too you know, so please don't get angry when I don't respond to your requests. Often I'll get angry responses when I kindly decline, so I've decided to just stop responding to the requests all together. If you really want someone to review your work, I suggest you try to get a beta reader. There are several available on this site and they enjoy (and have the time) editing. It's what they're there for. Thank you for understanding.
