rant Feel free to skip this bit. The Mary-Sue deal (seeing I write a lot of OC's -coughalmostonlyocscough-) is getting old to me. I've never been accused of Mary-Suedome (knock on wood) but I've seen other people bitch about girl OC's being Mary-Sues, which I quite resent. Just because it's an OC and a girl doesn't mean she's a Mary-Sue. Generally a Mary-Sue is somebody who is so ideal it's ridiculous. Yes, I'm talking unicorn-crapping-marshmallows-and-sparkly-rainbows kind of ridiculous. Some random girl with multi-colored hair and who likes to sing whom gets shipped off to Middle-Earth doesn't mean she's a Mary-Sue. That's just crappy writing. Then again, what do I know? /rant

IMPORTANT NOTE! (though not really!) My greatest "reading pet-peeve" is when people write dieing. Really. There is no such thing as dieing when you die. Your spell checker might not say it's a typo but for a person who's soul is being evicted from its body (in nine, in eight, seven, in six...) is not dieing. She or he or it is DYING. Die/died/dying. It's an irregular verb, look it up. Believe me, the word dieing has appeared enough times to make me annoyed with it and if YOU are one of those persons who write dieing (when you mean they're DYING) then this is your chance to repent yourself. Get it right.

God, I whine a lot.

On another note; I might get into a bitchy tiff (like now) though most of the time I have a tendency to be rather... not so mean/bitter/posh? No, really. I'm also a horrible reviewer. If I find a story mediocre (or just plain horrible) there's a 98 percent chance I won't review it (unless it's so horrid I just HAD to say something. Or you wrote dieing.). If it's a fic I adore I'll most likely leave a half assed "this is awesome" and add it to my favorite list -shame-. I'm trying to review all the fics I read but seeing most of my fanfiction reading happens during my insomniac moments or when I'm ranting with my bub on msn, I often can't be bothered.
