I am called Elen Dierdre, Elen-Di for short. I am an obsessive reader, writer and ballet dancer. I am completely insane, as are most of my friends. What more can I say?

Sailor Moon is my dominant fanfiction genre, although I write a lot of original fiction as well. Sailor Moon, Harry Potter, and Stephenie Meyer books make up my top-three-fanatic-obsessions group. If you have never read the latter two, I seriously recommend doing so. Or better yet, just go read any book that looks interesting and it'll be great. :-)

Story of the Year: This one's not on fanfiction, it's on fictionpress.com. It's called Queen of Glass and it's about 80 chapters long. But do not be intimidated by that. It is basically a full fledged book online (the author says she'll publish it eventually - I really hope so!). It is the one of the best stories I have ever read. Ever. Including all online and offline books. It is SPECTACULAR. Words cannot describe. Just please go to fictionpress.com, go to the search engine, and type in Queen of Glass. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

August 16, 2009: Chapter Eleven is up, although I'm sorry if it's rather unsatisfactory. The author's note at the end of the chapter reads:

First, let me assure you that I have every intention of finishing this story. It's my baby, I will finish it. However! Having looked back over the first six or seven chapters, I'm very unhappy with how it begins. Therefore, I will not be updating this story. I am going to rewrite the entire beginning, edit everything up until this point, and then repost it anew. I'm going to leave these first rough, eleven chapters up until that time for those who still wish to peruse it occasionally. But there will be no more updates until I post the entire story anew. And it will be very, very different - you probably wouldn't be able to skip ahead even from reading this, because I'm going to be changing a lot. I'm very sorry to those who are still reading this, but I feel that until I have bettered the story and written most of it, it's a disservice to you to keep dragging out the posting dates until I finally get my rear in gear.

Therefore: Don't expect an update (as in the new story) anytime soon, because I'm going to try to write the entire thing first. It's all planned, but I'm going to actually write it so that I can update regularly. Then it might actually be somewhat worth reading.
