Alright, seeing how I have been dead to the digital world for over a month, I believe a progress report is well overdue. The construction of the fanfic has, for lack of a better phrase, derailed. The changes I had been developing seem out of place in their current forms and I need time to work them through. I have narrowed down the next couple chapter's contents by an appreciable level but it's just not up to my standards. Once life settles down (Ha! If only I had the time to narrate what kind of bullshit, terrible time real life has been...) I plan on rewriting the next three chapters again and then posting.

Thanks so much for your patience, even though I don't deserve it. I have been slowly reading the reviews from the last update, savouring them as a dehydrated man relishes water. They give me the strength to continue the revising process; thank you, thank you, thank you.
