Hello! My name's Carol and I enjoy a good story weather it's books, anime, graphic novels, etc. Perhaps it's because of my wild imagination I've always had.

I do have some original story ideas, but as of now, I work on them when I can. I am not great at editing but I do try, though I cannot guarantee I will catch and correct everything and that it will be one hundred percent correct in everything. I can only promise to try. I do appreciate constructive critiques so long as they are constructive and helpful and not negavtive or derogatory.

Examples of appreciated comments:

I thought the story had promise but I noticed during your editing, you missed putting an e on the end of because in chapter 2, second paragraph down. (You can even copy and paste the section and point it out if you wish) I also noticed he instead of him or me/myself instead of I. While your stoy has great potential but I do not agree with how you portray Ryuichi Sakuma, Leon Orcot, etc.

Examples of Unappreciated comments:

You idiot, you had a lot of misspelled words, go correct them. Or, Hey stupid, what language do you speak? Your stories full of mistakes. Dude, there's no way this is a credible story, it's not even cannon. Do you even know what cannon is or have you even read the manga or seen the anime? Etc. etc.

Those type of comments will be erased. I will warn you now, that all my stories will have the Alternate Universe label because I am not the original creator, nor can I read her mind. Plus, with categories that have over the top slap stick such as Gravitation, I prefer something a little less on the incredulous side. Or in the case of Petshop of Horrors, I tend to pair D X Leon with D as the 'leader' (I'm really not big on the terms seme or 'top' because they don't really fit in my mind. If I remember correctly, 'top' tends toward a certain lifestyle that I honestly cannot credibly write in and Seme is japanese slang.) in the relationship. That does not mean he orders Leon around, simply he tends to take more initiative or instigate a situation that will enable Leon to take initiative. Alternate Universe leave me more room to play and as this is fan fiction, and not the real thing, nor am I publishing for money or as a 'career', I choose to write for fun.

I do have an old old media miner account that I cannot access any longer, though I have tried getting a new password for it with not real response, so that one is defunct. I really wanted to take the stories there down till I fixed them up and finished them but oh well.

I do enjoy a variety of manga and Anime, though at present the four biggest ones I have unfinished works in are Petshop of Horrors, Gravitation, Yu Yu Hakusho and Gundam Wing. I would like to do a few for Fruits Basket and RG Vida (though I've never had the chance to read through CLAMP's translated manga and I only have the set in Japanese, so I'll probably hold off on that.) for starters then moving on to others eventually. I will say that my fanfiction endeavors will remain in Manga/Anime (or the different international forms of manga that I think we here in america call Graphic Novels and in Korea I believe it's Manhwa.) Again, anything 'Adult' will go to the AFF site, though for me while certain topics I'd label under the mature label would be a part of it, a blow by blow like they do in erotic romances/ romantica is probably not going to happen with me. *heh* I like reading romantica, writing it is much more difficult. I will warn that there will be m/m or m/m/f romances and relationships as topics in a lot of my stories so if that bothers you, feel free to move on to other authors. The story may or may not also contain topics such as Adoption, Surrogate Mothers, Same Sex Marriage, Poly romances and relationships (not hard core stuff, just the people interaction topics), fully functioning hermaphroditic characters - meaning they can impregnate or be impregnated (which does not really occur in real life though there are inter-sexed individuals in real life), etc. Those are what I construe as mature topics. Also, any character romance I do, will be eighteen or older, I do not like doing 'minor romances' especially in stories like Gravitation where technically Tatsuha when we first meet him is 16 and is obsessed/in lust with Ryuichi Sakuma who is something like 30...32? I forget. That is a no no to begin with and as a personal choice, though it's 'just stories', I will not contribute to that kind of fantasy image.

I have a lot of interests, though my top interest is Reading fantasy/sci-fi before anything else. *lol* I do have other fan fiction authors I'd like to say thanks to for their stories which have in one way or another influenced me though not all of them have a ff net account some are on the gravitation site or in one of my yahoogroups:

GraviRemix - I like that she does her version of Gravitation with less incredulous over the top slap stick with a little more realism.

Salmon - The stories like "The Price for Loving You" and others she has written are well worth, in my opinion, reading

At the moment, Petshop of Horrors and Gravitation are the two fanfiction topics that seem to want to get done at the moment. As of now, Gravitation has come to the forefront. I've added to my unfinished story pile, but I'm working on it. I cannot give an estimated update or regular posting times for a variety of reasons, but I do have the intentions of finishing my unfinished piles, including my original ideas which will go up either in FictionPress or AFF.

Notes on Gravitation:

Please note, as I mentioned above, everything I do for fan fiction is Alternate Universe and certain characters will not be as they are in the Manga. Ryuichi Sakuma will have that happy go lucky facade but for my stories, he is a highly intelligent cognizant adult that does not need to be baby sat. Tatsuha will start at 18 and therefore has matured slightly in attitude, while he still holds a flame for Ryu he isn't going to be portrayed as he is in the Manga. Also, though he is called a pervert by his family, that is only a facade through artful use of bragging. Though he is Bisexual, as is his brother Eiri, and has lost both virginities (yes, I made that word up) at a younger age - 15 and 16 respectively. It's also why the idea of being with a much older male doesn't bother him. The Uesugui children are actually talented and all of them have pleasant singing voices though that is not their first passions - Tatsuha is artistic and likes painting, though he also does a lot of artisitic photography. He's always loved music and enjoys Karaoke, but it's also not his first passion and like his brother does not enjoy public scrutiny. Heh, of course, someone who works in the Art business recognizes his potential and is trying to get him to do an Art show. I am rather fond of Tohma and Mika as a couple as well as Hiro and Ayaka and Eiri and Shuichi. Maiko and Suguru are gonna be a couple. Shuichi Shindo isn't going to be a near flunking student in mine, he does much better in subjects like Music, however he isn't stupid either and does get C's and B's in his other courses. He actually has an ear for languages as well as music (which will help in making him much more popular internationally eventually) though he does get help studying for Sciences and Math. He also does read though romances are not his favorite reading material, thus he doesn't really read them. He also has basic cooking abilities and secretly writes fanfiction and original ideas and posts them on line to his own website when he has time and wants to relax but doesn't feel like singing. Mika while coming from a traditional family and married to Tohma Seguchi, does have a modern education and is into fashion designing and interior decorating. She actually does have a voice, and met Tohma in a Karaoke bar. He's even convinced her to sing a duet with him, though it's in their private collection and not part of the 'official' NG albums, in spite of Ryuichi's wheedling. *lol* I know Eiri according to an EX translation between tracks 71 and 77 on you tube is supposed to be tone deaf, I've chosen to also give him a musical ability, though he's not likely to willingly sing in public. He and Shuichi have a top of the line Karaoke machine in their home (between both their income, they've had built a home that sort of looks like a complex so that one floor has their entertainment system and is sound proofed as are the bedroom, his office and shuichi's computer/soundroom and their private library. Kitchen, dining and guest rooms are on the bottom floor. Each of the bedrooms have their own separate bath and toilet area attached to them. There's also a public one off of the bottom floor 'parlor' area. As in the Manga/Anime he writes novels, though not just Romance. Ayaka is also into Fashion/Interior design and is part owner along with Mika in their own business. They make a lot of the stage costumes for NG bands as well as everyday fashion. Maiko also has an ear for languages and has degrees in both landscape architecture and Creating building designs. Hiro didn't flunk the test for entering medical school, but he loved making music with his best friend more. Shuichi asks them to find a keyboardist so he can concentrate on singing and song writing. Suguru meets Maiko at one of the NG holiday parties and they have an instant attraction. They have been dating for a year.

A couple of things I forgot to put in: Shuichi and Ryuichi can drive both car and motorcycle, though Eiri doesn't like it when he rides his motorcycle (unless they're riding together). Any fan fiction I produce, will be a non-smoking fic only. That means, both Eiri, Tatsuha, Mika and Hiro all quit. Sorry, I won't promote smoking at all. Oh yes and the relationships are equal partnerships so while the characters may have a preferred 'role' they do switch up. ;)
