Author has written 5 stories for Battlestar Galactica: 2003.
February 12, 2006

I've felt for some time that I needed to update my profile, and since I just uploaded another chapter in my latest story this seemed like a good time to do so. Since last August, this page consisted of a rant about how my work was gathering hundreds upon hundreds of hits but no reviews. Since that time I've come to terms with the idea that most of the readers here seem to prefer relationship-oriented stories, and that's definitely not what I write. That's o.k., though. Perhaps its just my style, which one off-site reviewer described as "cryptic, dark and slightly ominous" that keeps people at bay. I don't know - I just want to assure everyone that I don't bite! I post my stories here to get feedback! So stop being shy and leave a note when you're done reading!

On that subject, I want to recognize some folks who have taken the time to comment on my stories, and let them know just how much I appreciate their time and effort. My heart-felt thanks go out to the following people: whiteowl, rynidgrl, ksquire, Evilclone, Lasaire, SG1SamFan, X-SJ, darkfinder, Pythian Raina, angry penguin, lovethatscifi, vashsunglasses, Xerxez, and starbuck042786! These are the people that truly make FanFiction.Net worth participating, because these individuals read and enjoy what others have written, and then take the time to write some comments before they move on. Again, thanks and hurrah to these wonderful people!

I know this is supposed to be a user profile page, but I like my anonymity. Perhaps, after I've left the tribute to my reviewers up for a while, I'll come back and shine a light onto some small corner of my being. In the mean time, all I can say is you might glean a little bit more about me by reading the forums here, or perhaps by visiting my website (listed below).

For now, let me close this with a few comments, mostly repeated. Truly, I don't bite - I appreciate every bit of commentary, criticism, and encouragement that I receive in my story reviews. So, get out there and read and review! These stories are here for two reasons - to provide enjoyment for the readers, and to gather feedback for the writers. So, if you're lurking around here reading, well, it's time you shouldered your responsibility and started writing some reviews. :)

And for those who do review, again you have my thanks,

- RangerLord

P.S. Yes, anonymous reviews are disabled. This is the recommendation of the FanFiction.Net staff. If you want to make an anonymous comment, you may do so on my website.
