Author has written 17 stories for Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Pirates of the Caribbean, Robin Hood BBC, Bones, Merlin, Mediator, His Dark Materials, Glee, and NCIS. (Previously Kate's Master, 2005 - 2010. Then letherebelight, 2010 - 2011. I'm not planning on changing again, I swear...) Emma. British. Vet student. Once upon a time, I was fifteen and getting over-excited about the fact that I wasn't the only one who made up stories about other stories. Nowadays I'm twenty-one and reading too much, not writing quite enough, and studying far too little. Vet school tried to eat my life the last couple of years. This year I'm patching it back together again. It won't last. I've deleted a lot of my early stuff, because reading it made me want to simultaneously gouge out my eyes and pulverise my head against a wall. There are a couple of things I kept that maybe I shouldn't have - the Musicals, because they make me smile, and How Things Could Have Been, because it was my first proper project and it taught me a lot about things such as The Importance Of Plot and, pretty awful as it is, there are also bits of it I really love. I'm on livejournal now, mainly because I discovered a whole new fanfic-filled realm, and also because it gives me an excuse to babble about my life and pretend people are interested. My fandoms are many and varied, and usually depend on my mood on a particular day, but the regulars include His Dark Materials, the Sally Lockhart books, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Bones, Big Bang Theory, Torchwood, Star Wars, BBC Robin Hood, Fillmore!, Mediator, Merlin, Syfy's Alice, Prince of Persia, Alice in Wonderland, Glee, NCIS, Sherlock and Castle. And breathe. Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean it is not real? Update 9/2/11 - I've put Kaleidoscope on a sort-of hold.
