Hi Everybody,

I started writting with a sixth year fic (Winds of change). Chapter length varies, it depends on how far I need to get and how much extras the characters throw at me.

Right now I seem to be focusing on PoA. Originally it was just an idea i was hoping to get out of my head, but now ideas for GoF and OotP are starting to appear. It's difficult to work on my research papers, nevermind Winds of change lately.

I have spent hours setting up the plot and filling in who ther characters are in all the situations. Just becasue Harry doesnt know who someone is doesnt mean that they are unnamed. Also I going to use certain parts of HBP, none of the storyline! My other pet peave is PLOT HOLES! Mine try to be filled. if it doesnt seem like it has been closed chances are is is part of the year seven story arc but go ahead and ask. Who knows I might have missed something.

I am a H/Hr fan (Yes I know JKR debunked it but I didnt say SHIPPER I said FAN.) but I dont subscribe to only that ship, however I like action/adventure over romance. I am going to add my biggest complaint with any Harry/ Ginny Romanace... WHY THE & DOES IT MEAN RON AND HERMIONE HAVE TO GET TOGETHER? THE BLOODY PRAT IS THE WORST PERSON POSSIBLE TO DATE HERMIOEN AND I DON'T CARE THAT IT"S IS CANON! IF JR THINKS ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIPS ARE ROMANTIC SHE NEEDS HER HEAD EXAMINED! As someone who has been there I can tell you, being belittled constaintly is not healthy or romantic after the age of tweleve! Boys eventually are suppose to stop picking on girls they like bout then, not because a bloody book tells them to!

That being said... I do like well plotted romances like Harry/Female, Remus/ female, Sirius/ Female, Sirya/ Harry sighs dreamily and winks (Well Phoenix is somewhat like me ;). I'm not fond of slash (loath it really). The only ships I will kill on site are Draco/hermione, Ron/Hermione and Snape/human... Snape/Squid, I'd feel sorry for the squid :) Hermione is my faverite charcter and I'd like to see her with someone who would appreciate her, that being my problem with Draco or Ron with her. Neither would.

Biggest pet peeve of all fanfics about Harry Potter are Hermione abandons/ betrays Harry, Ron/Hermione, OR Severtis; seriously what sick minded bastard came up with that one? Like Harry's life didn't suck enough someone actually want to torture the character more by making Snape his dad?

Any suggestions on reading Harry/Ginny that does not have R/Hr in it I would like to hear it. I avoid them becasue people are too lazy to not put R/Hr in them.

PoA Started! - I couldn't get this idea out of my head and so I decided to write it out. Winds of change is not going to be put on hold while I write PoA. It's going to be a whatever is stuck in my head with week kind of deal with updating. I am still working on my 2 degrees through the summer. I'd really annoying going to scholl 50 weeks a year!

PoA addition SPOILER ALERT!!

Harry thinks Padfoot was a stray (from and IN surrey) and it's Fang he has been seeing from a distance from Gryffindor Tower. He has no idea Phoenix is seeing Sirius unintentionally. Phoenix thinks Padfoot is Fang. She has never been indroduced to the real Fang. Reason for this confusion; Phoenix has a picture of Sirius as a poodle and thinks that is his animagus form.

There are 3 dogs in "HP, PB & PoA";

1)Fang (Hagrid's black boarhound)

2) Padfoot (Sirius Black)

3) Padfoot the poodle (In a picture with adoreable pink bows curtisy of James Potter after a prank war)

This story isnt going to be dove-tailed to HBP. I am stealing names from the book for characters that were going to be in my story and in at least one case I changed the level of power on one character to match that of a canon one. I am not saying who. Harry is going to be discracted by outside sources more this year then HBP for example and I happen to like Hermione pre-HBP and hated her through out book 6. I am going to mature Ron a little more then JKR has. I can't see him being that immature after everything he's seen. Plus an immature Ron doesnt fit my story. :)

The Dementors in this story "DO NOT FLY HIGH ABOVE THE GROUND". I understood them to float above the ground no more then 15 feet, at least that was my interpitation until Prisinor of Azkaban the movie came out. I know it seems weird but I imagined from the 3rd book that the presense of the Dementors was enough to make Harry fall off his broom as no one stopped the game as soon as Harry fell, which implies to me that no one else saw them until afterwards.

Ships are meant to be extremely low key. Remus/ Harry BONDING (as in mentor, guardian bonding not slashly Euck!) is the main "relationship" for Winds of Change, However it has also morphed into a H/Hr (this was always indended as this story was meant for Portkey.org). This will not be a Harry/Ginny story. Harry is going to be really busy this year and wont have time for much of anything beyond preparing for WAR.
