RANT:

So I was an avid fan of FicHaven when it was around and so when they went down for a major site overhaul and recommended Ochiba, I went there. There wasn't a whole lot of activity but hey, that doesn't mean it couldn't have been a good site yeah? So I made an account there, same info as everywhere else, and posted a few things.

Then came the inevitable "If you wish to remain a member, be sure to be active" email. So I logged in, updated some things and posted some new stuff.

In August, my mother passed away after a short battle with cancer. Two weeks after her death, my maternal grandfather passed away as well and I wasn't even told until it was too late to attend his funeral. During that time, I wasn't around for much of anything. A few weeks ago, I went back to Ochiba to post some new things and couldn't log in, so I requested a new password. After getting it in an email, I tried logging in and was told there was still an error. I got a hold of one of the mods and found out that apparently, my account has been deleted for inactivity and I am not allowed to make a new one.

Fine then! I'll just stick with the sites I've not had problems with! See if I recommend Ochiba to anyone!

All other's are either finished or on temporary hiatus pending cooperative muse.

I have been finding my creative juices severely lacking recently and although my mind has no problem coming up with plotbunnies, when it comes time to actually write, I can't get anything to flow as I want it too and I would rather not write at all then write just because and have it turn into a total wreck. I apologize to anyone who has been awaiting an update for a particular story and I would like you to know that I haven't abandoned any of my fics and I have no intention of doing so.
