It all started a couple of years ago.
My dad bought a bunch of stuff at Home Depot and as part of a promotional thing he got Tomb Raider III for free. I'm not a big video game player, but, naturally, i tried playing it but couldn't get past the first level in India ( stupid monkeys). I bought I and II at a library book sale (who knew) for $1 dollar each and tried them. Well, that did it. I beat them, then III and became absolutely addicted to the Tomb Raider game series. Until Angel of Darkness, though, I was never really interested in the plots. But now i am and can't stop thinking about it!

I've read many of the Lara/Kurtis fiction out there, and had this nagging idea for one of my own. Who knows, maybe there will be more, maybe not. I'll have to apologize in advance: academically, my love is history, and although I enjoy writing, Iprefer shorter mediums, specifically poetry or descriptive prose. Hence the reason my story may bounce from being overly-descriptive to hardly worth reading.

while i LOVE toread about lara/kurtis pairings, i am personally to afraid that i'd screw up lara's personality, and while i'll read about how she gets emotional here or falls in love there, i can't bring myself to do it...so kurtis often will end up looking elsewhere...
