About Me: I love reading and writing. I have even considered getting a major in creative writing. Someday I hope to be a published author, and I mean a novel not like magazine articles, I find novels a bit more rewarding. I graduated high school a month after I turned 16, and was a full time college student from Spring '05 until Spring '07 when health issues kicked my butt and I had to take some time off. Most of my classes centered around the medical field and writing, my two passions in learning. I also love animals. I currently have a German Shepard, his name is Tagger, and a Norwegian Dwarf Rabbit, his name is Smokey. I love all animals though.

Hobbies: Aside from writing include divination and belly dancing. I've only been belly dancing for about a year, but it's fantastic fun. It's hard work, and often leaves you with sore muscles, but getting to perform is such a good feeling. As for divination, I started learning it before Harry Potter even existed in print. I've worked with tarot, intuitive, totems, dream interpretation, runes, palmistry, tea leaves and astrology. I also tinker with herbs, which was something that I actually started because of Harry Potter. Apparently I've had a thing for mixing "potions" since infancy though.

Favorite Books: Pastwatch, the Redemption of Christopher Colombus by Orson Scott Card, Ender Series by Orson Scott Card (all 10 books), Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Sabriel, Lirael and Abhorsen by Garth Nix.

Favorite Movies: Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, The Matrix, Stardust, and Queen of the Damned.

Since I only really write Harry Potter fanfiction, I'll add some info about what I like Harry Potter wise.

Favorite Characters: (in no particular order) Lucius Malfoy, Voldemort, Sirius Black, Draco Malfoy, Narcissa Malfoy, Remus Lupin, Ginny Weasley, and Severus Snape.

Favorite Pairings: Lucius/Narcissa, Sirius/Remus, Draco/Daphne, Remus/Tonks, Hermione/Ginny, Snape/Lily, Tom/Minerva

Least Favorite Pairings: Bellamort, Hermione/Snape, Draco/Harry, Twincest, and the creepiest of all pairings Filch/Ms. Norris

My stories I generally try to keep canon unless they're AU, with one exception. I, like so many others, hated the "19 Years Later" chapter. While I can deal with the names of the next generation, I don't do so well with the pairings. In all my post Deathly Hallows stories, you will thus see Draco with Daphne, not Astoria.
