I also occasionally write for Shaman King. I will not tell you not to read it if you don't like shonen-ai, but I will label it as such (eliminating all unhappy customers save the stupid people). I tend to never get into things only partially. When I decided to write for Yu-Gi-Oh, I was already reading the manga, dueling, and watching the anime. Fanfictions are a homage to the original and I consider these people (Bakura, Otogi, Yami...) to be important to me as I've taken the time to get to know them, to analyze their behaviors and thoughts...so I don't appriciate character bashing. (If you don't like someone that's fine, but it isn't right to degrade them in a piece of writing - as words often carry such heavy impact. I would not like to be degraded by someone who likely has not taken the time to get to know me.) Ahem I also tend to write long sentences and be overly critical. If you find I don't speak well to others it's because I don't really have anyone to practice on. Dislikes: - the X-LAWS and everyone like them - childish "character-bashing" by an author - If you don't like them, don't write about them (telling us all the reasons a person sucks and being mean to them are two different things) - children who use the review board to throw their tantrums - pairings that make no sense, like sticking a male character with a female character that he doesn't even know and has nothing in common with just because she's female - a lot of other things that would make a lot of other people very angry at me...
