I used to enjoy writing fanfiction, but now I prefer reading it rather than attempting to write it. Now I only write fiction. Original characters and everything. Music inspires stories. Especially piano music. Or music with a really deep and emotional story behind it. I suggest any writers to try it--although I'm sure many already have.
