Hi I'm Lieutenant Colonel Amanda Ylia, I am a huge fan of Stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis. I live in Australia & hate my hometown and high school. My other favourite TV shows are CSI, CSI: NY, Cold Case, L & O: CI, Tourchwood, Doctor Who (the new episodes mainly), NCIS and a few others. if anyone needs a BETA I am willing to be one just email me and ask me then send me your story and I'll BETA it for you. My fanfiction is my of showing how I feel emotionally and how I feel about a certain episode.

What I hate when reading other people's fanfics is names of character and things being spelt wrong. If you don't know how to spell something ask someone, look at the subtitles on the DVDs or check on a website. For Stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis fanfic writers the Omnipedia at Gateworld is a good place to look http://gateworld.net/omnipedia/index.shtml.

Also another thing I hate is reading Stargate SG1 fics where the person is focusing on the military side of things and gets stuff wrong. I don't mean for example the commisary being called the mess cause it still is correct. What I mean is the people refer to one thing and it is completely different to what they intended it to be.
