I changed my penname, from one.foot.out.the.door to Stills and Photgraphs My old one was too long, couldn't really be shortened for easy reference, and was always truncated by the FF machine because of all the periods. I've been thinking about changing it for awhile, and this was exceptionally quick, but this popped into my head today - I usually go by stillwatersxo on the internet, but that got shortened to stills on the Heroes Mafia board over on Television Without Pity, so I thought Stills and Photographs was appropriate. I really like it =D Sorry for any/all of the confusion this is going to cause!

As of today, I am officially a short-story author. As I have not the attention span, nor the determination, nor the time to finish multi-chapter stories, I have deleted my unfinished works ("A New Beginning," "Clear Intentions," and "There Are More of Us Out There"). For fans of those stories, I'm sorry, but there was no end in sight and I didn't think it was fair to leave you guys hanging. I'll be sticking to drabbles, one-shots, songfictions and the occassional two-shot from now on, so I really hope you guys enjoy them!

Possible Future Projects

Do or Die: This was my first story on this site, and I decided, like, a year ago that it was loooong overdue for a rewrite. It had too many original characters (all of them Mary Sue Author Avatars), half-baked subplots consisting of every single dramatic twist my fourteen-year-old mind could come up with, a really complex and confusing backstory that didn't make any sense, and no ending in sight. I don't have the time or attention span necessary to write multi-chapter stories, but I've got the overhaul half-outlined and just don't have the heart to abandon my oldest pet project. Maybe someday I'll actually get around to finish the synopsis and rewrite it, but consider it comatose until further notice.

"Stella" by All Time Low: This is one of those songs that I thought was too good not to do ("Stella won't you take me home?" - Stella's name is in the lyrics!! :squee:) but the only problem is that the song doesn't even remotely describe the Stella/Brandon relationship without some serious character derailment on Brandon's part. It might fit for Stella/Riven (which I'd really love to try!) but it would be really AU and I don't know if Stella/Riven has a real audience in the fandom. PM me if you have thoughts, please!

Other future projects consist of the songfictions featured in the poll at the top of the page, and whatever one-shots and drabbles pop randomly into my brain as the result of forum discussion or TvTropes.org.
