Hello!

I'm supposed to say something about myself here, right? Ain't all that much to tell, honestly.

Ok, the facts: 29 years old, degree in theology, working currently as a freelance translator (which is why I alternate between writing spurts and writing lulls, depending on theurgency of my deadlines) and working with autistic children a few days a week. Very devoted fan of Severus Snape. After book six I was considering councelling to work through my denial of the apparently 'evil' Severus but discovered that reading and writing fanfiction is better therapy. Not to mention cheaper.

I write mainly for my own amusement, but I do greatly appreciate nice and encouraging reviews! Also because those reviews confirm my suspicion that I do not stand alone in my adoration of Severus Snape.

I also started a Yahoo group for christians who love Harry Potter. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ChristiansForPotter/

Oh, and I'm working on translating some of my favorite stories. I've set up a Yahoo group, and I hope others will be joining the translation efforts. July 21 note: Managed to read Deathly Hallows in just under four hours. It will NOT be changing any of my stories (well, maybe a little) nor will I be abandoning fanfic land - it's far too much fun. I could say more but then I'd be doing spoilers and that would be just mean. Obviously, though, with the release of Deathly Hallows my stories have become even more AU than they already were.

NOTE: Due to surgery related issues, I might not update much the coming months. Doctors may frown upon bringing laptops to the operation theatre. Again, I do not abandon stories. I promise. Unless surgery goes horribly wrong, I will finish them. If it does go horribly wrong, they'll be put up for adoption.

Note: march 2008. Surgery went well, so now after two months of practically no activity I am working hard to catch up on my stories. Please be patient - I will eventually update them all.
