She had waiting for them for hours. What was taking them so loong?> she asked herself. "Sorry we're late. The traffic was brutal." The three of them came in. They set set a box down on the table. "Is that it?" Ginny asked, pointing at the box they brought in. "Yep. come on let's open it!" Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Ginny buried a box 4 years ago, containing their deepest wishes. They pryed it opened. Harry pulled out a picture. "Look, it's us."They laughed at it, remebering when they took it. "What did you wish for Harry?" Hermione asked. "That we would all stay best friends forever." Hermione kissed Harry. Ron went into the box and pulled out a 2 inch plastic broom. Ginny laughed. " I'm almost afraid to ask." he looked at her discusted. "Oh come on Ginny. What did you wish for Ron?" Hermione asked. "I wishedI would become Qudditch playler for the Dodgers." "well maybe you'll still have a chance."Ron shrugged. Hermione pulled what looked like a mini book out of the box. "I want to become a writer." "Now I know that will defiantly happen for sure!" Harry gave her a smile. "Aren't you going to see what you put in there Ginny?"Ron asked. Then he wished he hadn't asked. She pulled out a neclace with a dragon on the chain, and on the chain also hung a ring. There were tears filling Ginny's eyes. She covered her eyes with her hands and started to cry. Ron took his sister into his arms and started rubbing her back. Heknew that always calmed her, but not this time. "Oh Ginny. I'm so sorry. I had no idea." he said. FLASHBACK "Here, I want you to have this."Draco gave Ginny a neclace, a dragon hung from it as well as a ring. He put around her neck. "Do you have to go?" she asked. "Yes. You know I have no choice. They need me in the war. Don't worry, I'll be back for you someday."He kissed her on the forehead, tears running down their eyes. "I love you Ginny." He turned around and left Ginny there, crying. THREE YEARS LATER Ginny was in the kitchen preparing dinner. Today was the day Draco was coming home. She couldn't wait. There was a knock on the door. She ran over to the door, fixing herself at the same time, she yanked it open. "Oh. It's just you Ron. Come in."Ron entered the house. "What's wrong Rong?" he was looking slightly pale. "I-I have some bad news Ginny."Ginny feared of what he was going to say. "What?"she asked in a shy voice. "Draco,"he sighed,"Draco is not coming back."Ginny backed away from him. "What do you mean he's not coming back?" "Draco went missing three days ago. Everyone was looking for him, but no one could find him. I'm sorry Ginny. I'm really am."Ginny backed up to the wall and slid down, her head in her hands. END FLASHBACK ""Ginny are you going to be ok?"He let go of his sister. Ginny face was all read with tear stains down her cheecks. She nodded her head. Hermione looked at Harry, then at Ron. Ron just shrugged. There was a knock at the door. "It's open."Harry said. The door opened. Harry, Ron, and Hermione all gasped. Ginny turned around to see what they were all gaping at. Her face turned into a heart warming smile. It was Draco! She ran over to him, their arms outstrentched. He caught her in mid-air. He sung her around and brought her down into a kiss, tears filling their eyes once more. Her wish had come true. | |||||||||
