Date unknown: a few days before 'Foci' was published probably

I am new to the whole fanfiction writing thing. I have done A LOT of reading and love it. So the Muses paid me a visit and whacked me over the head a few times and I came up with "Foci". I hope you guys like it and perhaps I will write more.

I hate begging, but please, please, please read and review "Foci". I really want to improve my writing skills and I can only do that if I know what you guys think of it.

So, I thought it was time to update my profile. I just posted chapter 24 to my story. I have not received many reviews, but those that have reviewed have encouraged me to keep writing, so that makes me very happy. It has been so much fun writing a story of my own. I love fanfiction because the possibilities are endless. The best part is the getting to know the other people that either review or just post. One's writing tells you so much about an individual's personality. Then when you review, most writers respond to your review in their next chapter. Bouncing back and forth like that, you really get to know a lot of people from all over the world. I guess, as a sociologist, I am amazed that something so simple can bring so many people together. I also have a thing for the Brits and their different vocabulary (which is very helpful for my own writing since I try to use the correct terms such as settee instead of couch).

Thanks to everyone who is reading, and especially reviewing, my story. I hope that you continue to enjoy it!

Well, I have written my second story. It is just a piece of fluff, but it was great fun to write. I dedicated it to Thoroughly Modern Philly and Sensiblyquirky because they have been such great reviewers of my first (and uncomplete) story, 'Foci'. They have both been begging for chapters now for a fluffy ADMM scene, so I gave them one.

Triar is a beautiful little city/town in Germany that I visited in the fall of 2003. I only spent a day there, but I was completely taken with the place. The colors and the culture were breathtaking. I highly recommend a visit if you have never been there before. And yes, I did eat in the little Italian restaurant that I mentioned. :)

I wrote my first NCIS story. The story is complete but only a chapter will be updated once every day or so. What's life without a little suspense. :)
