| Rubidium 13 |
Author has written 3 stories for Inheritance Cycle, Final Fantasy X, and Radiata Stories. Hey everyone! X3 Yeah, I changed my name again. Turns out there's a new game called "Aion," that I desperately want to accuse of stealing my name, but I can't 'cause I know they didn't. Piffle. I'm a chem dork. Rubidium is an Alkali metal that reacts violently when exposed to water. Other chem dorks will know that this is a drastic understatement. My name used to be "nohaydeque," but that was confusing people and was hard to spell. Plus, I'm addicted to Atelier Iris now, so the Mana of Life it was - Aion 13. "13" means "oh noes the unnumbered name was already taken so I put a number after it." Joy. Disclaimers: I don't own FFX, FFVII, Radiata Stories, or Eragon. The former three belong to Square Enix (Or Squaresoft, or whatever it's name was at the time of publishing), and the latter is owned by Christopher Paolini... and to be honest, I've given up on the series due to bad writing. I have a habit of never updating. So it goes. I was kind of working on FFXII and FFVII stuff, but it's mostly still in the "thought-process" stage. One of these days I'll write a decent FFVIII Squinoa, and one of my friends has requested that I deviate from my normal writing style as a gift to her. That'll be coming up next. And then, I've got a little something else up my sleeve, but they're all short stories. Piffle. I really should delete that Eragon story. Eigth grade writing is not the best, especially when it's clearly Mary Sue. The only reason I leave it up is because I want to see just how far my writing has progressed. And Oh Boy, has it progressed. I can hardly believe that I wrote that crap. (At this point, I don't even want to think that I read that crap.) Which is kind of the point of writing fanfiction in the first place. I am (or was) a beta for Ghost, an FFX story that should be in my favorites by now. Check it out, even though it's on a pretty long hiatus. I'm forever searching for a good OC story - a non-Mary Sue one. It started as a bet, but now it's an obsession... why oh why don't you people ever finish your stories? Gah. I still haven't found a completed, 100k word plus, non-Mary-sue, grammatically and stylistically correct fanfic in a fandom that both my friend and I read. I've gotten damn close, but the search goes ever ever on. "I wanted all things to make some sense, so we could all be happy, yes, instead of tense. And I made up some lies, so they all fit nice, and I made this sad world a paradise." -Bokonon | |||||
