Author has written 5 stories for Pokemon.

http://tvtropes.org/ - Fun little site, explores the different aspects of anime, games, etc. Far more interesting than "the other wiki" I might add. Their policy is there's no such thing as 'notability', aiming more toward being entertaining than being an encyclopedia. Beware, though, as tv tropes will ruin your life and your vocabulary.

Guess I should write something about myself here, nay?

Well, I'm an aspiring author/programmer/game developer. I like to think one can take some of the strangest ideas out there and, in one way or another, turn it into an interesting story (or game for that matter). Currently the "Pokemon Legends" series is my main focus, which will be described in further detail below. I'd like to think my writing has improved since some of my earlier work (See: The first nine or so chapters of "Legends in Hoenn") though that might not be saying much. Of course, whether or not I think its good is irrelevant. An author's opinion is usually either biased against themselves, as often they can be their worst critic, or they give themselves too much praise. I think I tend to vary between the two extremes.

I'll also come right out and say this too: I'm interested in yuri/shoujo-ai/whatever term you want to use for it. I can write straight pairings, and have nothing against male characters, I just prefer writing female characters and inevitably wind up with female-female pairings. I'm trying to restrict how many female-female pairings I do, but its probably inevitable that I'll end up doing one per fanfic series at least...

When it comes to fanfic rating/plot, I tend to put a higher rating than necessary for reasons relating to the plot as I don't like being restricted by a rating. I prefer to at least try to aim for more realistic scenarios, which means if I have a mean character that hasn't had much of an upbringing, I'd rather not have to clean his speech just because of a K+ rating or whatever. Or if characters mention certain 'ugly' aspects of society. Graphic violence/sexual interactions, however, are still a no. Unless you're actually writing to specifically show those things then there's no reason you can't just hint at something happening and not really going into detail. Like suggesting a serial killer has left their victim's body in quite a mess without actually describing what exactly they did. A wise man once said that if you try to argue gore is necessary to a plot then you're likely to be seen as psychotic.

Can't think of much else to say, so we'll get into my current work.

Pokemon Legends:

A series of stories revolving around a main cast of female trainers, from humble beginnings as a rookie trainer getting their first pokemon to taming the legendary pokemon themselves. Gym challenges are a given, though later series might not have the character challenging the Elite Four/Champion themselves. The characters will inevitably face villainous groups with an interest in the legendary pokemon, and all the series will tie in to each other. Also, as I mentioned, there's likely to be a few female-female relationships along the way...

Stories in the series:

Pokemon Emerald: Legends in Hoenn (COMPLETE) - The story that started it all. An odd beginning as I'm sure this story originally fell into the same territory as any other generic OT fic with no reason for it to exist other than telling the story of the game but with an OT. Eventually I gave up on it but later returned to it with actual plots in my head and a change in direction that lead into the Pokemon Legends series itself. Followed the travels of 'Alex', a boy who keeps many secrets, and May Maple, daughter of the Petalburg gym leader Norman.

Pokemon Legends: Kanto Saga - (COMPLETE) The first in the series to use the "Pokemon Legends" tag. Follows the travels of the "Leaf Green Girl", known to the pokemon community as Blue (or to Green as some, as she was known in the American translation of the manga), who is named Ashley in the story. She meets up with "Yellow", known in the story as Rina, and the two set off together through Kanto to find themselves in arguably the most crime-laden region in the world. Between biker gangs, Team Rocket, and a group of poachers and black market dealers known as the Grand Hunters, Kanto just isn't a nice place. Follow their story as they try to survive in the crime filled world and eventually meet the legendary pokemon that gave the series its name.

Pokemon Legends: Sidestories - (CURRENT) A series of stories detailing important events taking place between sagas, currently focusing on the three year gap between the Kanto and Sinnoh sagas.

Pokemon Legends: Sinnoh Saga (UPCOMING) - Continues the Legends series, taking place in Sinnoh and focusing mainly on the adventures of Dawn, a girl who doesn't initially want to be a trainer but soon starts to see the benefits. Meanwhile, several legendary pokemon seem to be taking a keen interest in her journey.

Pokemon Legends: Johto Saga (UPCOMING) - Will follow Crystal and an unlikely travel partner that claims to be her bodyguard. She sets out to discover the truth about her father and will find herself caught up in an evil scheme thats been brewing for three years.

Also currently contemplating two unrelated series, one a series of short stories meant to show what life would most likely be like in the world of pokemon. The other, another series where the 10-year-old in-game female main character sets out on a journey but frequently abuse the power thats been given to them. And they get a lot of power.
