Author has written 44 stories for Final Fantasy I-VI, Song of the Lioness, Digimon/Pokemon, Misc. Books, Fairy Tales, 9, Bible, and Rowan of Rin series.

Hi! Welcome to CrazyTwin Productions! All my other workers are busy at the moment, so I, the director, will be your tour guide today. Aren't you a lucky duck! If you see a hunk of coal or limestone driving a tour-shuttle around, don't be alarmed: they're just hard working sedimentary rocks, trying to make an honest, descent living. And if the blonde guy at the admissions desk tries to start up a conversation, please don't engage him. A final note before the tour begins, if a big pink salamander or a blue snake threaten you with whiffle bats, explosives or rocks, don't take it personally: they like to lord their security-personnel authority and influence over tourists. I've asked them to stop, but they don't always listen. If this bothers you, I'll have a word with them as fast as I can white them out. ;)

Also, here's a picture of me, but as a cute little Stitchpunk! :D

My name--as far as y'all know--is Freida Right. I've been writing here since 7th or 8th grade, and pretty much all my stories are split between Final Fantasy IV and 9. Haha, most of you have probably never heard of either one of them. XD I must have a thing for young, sweet, slightly-to-painfully dysfunctional fraternal twins. Some other stuff has come along... But I tend to stick to my fads. :P

I have also been attending one of the many Art Institutes in America, pursuing a BS in Culinary Management. Yeah, not related to FF or creative writing, really. But it is my true calling--and I need something to get frazzled about and need an escape from, don't I? Plus, my teachers and admissions peeps say that I'd make a terrific cookbook author and food columnist. So look--all these years of using FF to develop my writing style have been useful, after all! I knew it! 8D

Graduation is June 2013. See? I TOLD you that the world wouldn't end in 2012, because I HAVE to graduate. Simple logic always leads to the truth. ;D

CTP News And Stuff: As of June 5...

Oh glob... Graduation is NEXT week! That clever little quip about the world ending will have to be changed. It feels so wired...

Everything in progress is being put on what is hopefully a very temporary hiatus, as my iPad has decided that its backlight is dead and you can't see anything--including the word processor. There is a troubleshooting scheduled with the Apple geeks this week, and with some luck, I can get this fixed relatively quickly and easily. That will depend entirely on how much their quote is at the end of the appointment. This does not mean that I am out of contact, though, I will do my best to get to a computer so I can answer messages, review updates, etc. Just be warned: Benefitial, Anna Begins, anything we had discussed in the "Home For The EdgexRydia Shippers" forum, and the newly begun Daughter of Durin will not be gotten to until something is done about this iPad--unless I'm mobile, none of it can happen. :/

I am now registered as a Beta, mostly for 9 and Final Fantasy IV, in case you can't tell from from my repertoire. All books and cartoons welcome as well. No hardcore yuri, yaoi, explicit sex or pointless fluff, please. Other than that, welcome aboard! 8D

If you are here for the 9-fics, please be warned: when it comes to the twins, I write 4 as a girl, not a boy. I feel that it adds some dynamic and depth to characters who were left pretty static and flat, and makes it easier and more interesting not only to write about, but to read about, as well. I am also aware that, in reality, both the twins are boys; be aware, yourself, that 9 is not real at all. Also, I am not the only person in the fandom who feels this way about the twins, and I have actually found a little evidence from the movie to back our point up. That in mind, I'm not changing the way I write my fics; and, if you don't like it, you don't have to read it. You have now been warned. From now on, anyone who flames me about 4 will be blocked from my page.

That is all...

I'd still like to pick up all my FFIV stories where I left them all off senior year, when 9 wormed his way into my head and started whispering in my eardrum, "Write about me, Freida, WRITE ABOUT MEEEEE!!! >8D" Yeah... Anna Begins and Faraxhae Family Values both kinda fell by the wayside for my three-year-long 9 addiction. I think I can still salvage what became the wreckage of FFV, if I just try to pick up the pieces and make it better. It will probably come down for a while, but will be re-posted as being all bright and shiny and new and all holy-crap-I-know-where-the-hell-I'm-going-with-this-now. Both these epics are much closer to completion than I remembered. I should really get back to those... Soon. Oh my... -_-0

Yup. FFIV is my focus for 2013. It simply HAS to be... Oh feh, that's happening much more slowly than I had planned...

My Stories--Only the important ones that you need to know.

Someone New to Love (c. 2004): my Edward fic; from middle school, but considering that the caliber is better than everything else from this era, I'm very proud of it. Edward's recovery in Troia leads him to a new love interest, who is featured quite often in some other stuff I wrote in middle school... Please don't read those. Don't read ANYTHING from middle school, except this.

Faraxhae Family Circus (c. 2008-9): much more recent. This one is all about Palom and Porom and their miniscule role in the game. Faraxhae is their surname. As most of my epic fics do, it's highly off-canon, makes stuff up, and fills in plotholes that need filling. Palom and Porom have a mom AND a dad, the Elder is their uncle--and so is Tellah, just like we always knew he MUST be. This epic was a victory. Read and bask in its goodness... But by no means should you read its sequel. The sequel is lousy. :/

Anna Begins (c. 2009--???): I've always been curious about Anna. She was Tellah's kid, after all--surely she was heroically well-adjusted and more than a little rebellious. This one is about her brief but exciting life--her home town of Kaipo, her boarding school days in Baron, deep romance with a certain spoony bard, etc. Will be completed... some day... Overlaps with FFC.

A Meeting With the King (c. 2008): another FFIV oneshot, about the king of Baron. It's short and sweet, and fairly nondescript; but it features Cecil, Rosa and Kain in one place, and sheds some light on the king they all thought they were serving. I'm also very proud of this one--I feel that was very well done.

From Me to You (c. 2012): Every year, the Warriors of Light hold a summit in Baron, to stay in touch as friends. Palom is only 6, and convinced that girls are icky; Edge thinks that this is hilarious, and can't wait to watch this change over the next several years. Thanks to the wonders of fanfiction, YOU will get to watch this change, as well. Muchos gracias, senorita, to mythweaver1 for helping me come up with a title that was actually good. :P

Where The Wild Things Are (c. 2010): for 9. For this one, you have to assume that all nine Stitchpunks are alive, and are actually in a universe parallel to the movie: a universe known as my grandmother's house. Here, they ruin my life and the life of my little cousin as we try to spend a month with our cranky old grandparents. Their antics are no different, except you finally get to see all nine of them forced to live together in a dark closet. XD NO yaoi or yuri. Sorry.

7 Song (c. 2010): my only real poem-fic. It's all from 7's POV, and she's yelling at 1. (The jerk...) It's got an actual tune; I wish I could publish a small score or a midi on the site so your could hear it. It's really pretty.

The Other Eyes Saga (c. 2010-2012): formerly a series of oneshots for 9. It involves pairing each of the Stitchpunks with a relevant scene from the movie and then re-writing the scene from their POVs. Like all by best fics, they tell a much more interesting story than the movie had time to tell.

Prodigal (c. 2012): more 9 fic. Based on the parable of the prodigal son, 3 feels unduly neglected because of a new baby and runs away from home to find a family that will appreciate him. And, when he finds a new family, everything seems to be perfect... until he realizes through trial and error how wrong he was about everything. But how can he return home, after all he's done? Would his real father welcome him back? If you know the parable, and if you know 9, you know the answer. ;)

Powers That Be (c. 2012): The talisman has three separate powers: construction, destruction, and reconstruction, and a sequence for each power. The Scientist has all three, but focuses on the power of construction (life), and entrusts the other two sequences to 1 and 2. 2 gets destruction (death) because he is the only one responsible enough to be trusted with it. And 1 gets the power of reconstruction, which turns back time enough to set right a wrong.

Sacrificial (c. 2012-2013): The Lost have returned from the dead, and the world is as it should be. Until a beautiful young Stitchpunk girl named Pi falls into their lives, and changes 5's place in this world forever. She comes with a sinister purpose: to bewitch and kidnap other 'punks to bring back as sacrifices to her master! But is she truly evil, beyond all hope of salvation, or is the one-eyed engineer the one who can save her?

Beneficial (c. 2013-???): The sequel to Sacrificial, for the sole purpose of watching the second generation of 'punks grow up. Because they're too adorable to forget about. ;D

The Alphabet of Obscurities (c. 2007; revised c. 2012): originally, The Unrhyming Alphabet of Obscurities; but, about 1 a.m. one evening in June, 2012, I suddenly decided to make it rhyme, after all. It's my three favorite fantasy series--none of which anyone else knows of--in an alphabet. It's actually inspired one or two people.

Wood and Stone (c. 2012): my annual tradition of a birthday fic to me--who'd'a thunk it it would be for Rowan of Rin, and about Bronden, of all people, right? A charming little redemption story for her, because the cliff-hanger ending of book 5 left her in painful need of one, and I still need some closure after all these years. This one had been in my head since sometime in 2006, when I first read the books and saw all kinds of possibilities for our favorite midget carpenter... And then, at some point in 2011 while I wasn't paying attention, someone started a fandom here. Thus, Wood and Stone happened.

The CTP's Big Book of OC's--updating for Beneficial...

The "Chris Club" Initiative:
This is a little game I play with myself when I write, and I challenge my fellow writers to do the same. Cast as many famous voice actors as you can with the name Chris for your OC's,because there are many. And the list just grew by two members, thanks to the Avengers. Fellow 9-ians have a good head start, since we've already got Christopher Plummer AND Crispin Glover in our arsenal. (I say he counts, darn it!) See how many you can get! The following is my list thus far for Sacrificial and Beneficial:

Epsilon: Pi's father, the Elder of the First clan. He's a sturdy, grandfatherly type, and very true to their Greek heritage. He is voiced by Christopher Lloyd.

Peter: the Elder of the Second clan, who are all Christians and named after famous Biblical characters. He has learned a lot about how corupt the church has been throughout the ages, and is determined to keep that from repeating itself. However, he keeps his mind open to new possibilities. He still isn't necessarily the first one people want to listen to, though. He is voiced by Christopher Lee.

Teslev: The Third clan's Scholar, and brother of their Elder, Tishrei. Their clan is Jewish, so he takes their Levitical laws extremely seriously. He is convinced that if they deviate at all from their ancient ways, they will be doomed as a clan. Maybe he is going insane with power lust...? He is voiced by Christopher Walken.

Cheshvan: the Third clan's Warrior, their only father of biological children. He is voiced by Chris Hemmsworth.

Tarragon: one of the fourth clan's more pleasant members, and their Nurturer. And for some odd reason, he had convinced Rosemary to be his wife. This can only end badly... He is voiced by Chris Evans.

And now, some of these things. I try to include something for everything... :P

And thus concludes our tour of the CrazyTwin Productions studio. Thanks for coming and have a nice day! If the red-head at the customer service desk is painting her nails and talking on the phone again, feel free to smack her and order her to get back to work, very much in the fashion of an evil overlord. Throw your trash in a garbage can, please; my only two janitors are a couple of tree-frogs and they work very hard to keep this studio clean. Oh, don't mind those black footprints on the floor: Coal's just been here, that's all. (Unless Benny fell asleep at the admissions desk again; then I'd advise you to watch your backs for a while...) The exit is behind you, and the gift shop is to your immediate left... Nagaina, these are paying customers; don't hurt them, or they'll sue me. And you don't want that...

Do you?! >:D
