Time for a new profile, I have decided.

I'm Nat. I'm 17 and a junior in high school.

I read more fanfiction than write it, but I do enjoy to write. I just prefer my own stuff. When I do write, it's a very eclectic mix, as you can see - Harry Potter and Mercedes Lackey and King Arthur. I'm also in the midst of a Diana Wynne Jones one shot right now. I basically write whatever comes to mind :)

My favorite fandoms to read are Harry Potter, The Office, and Tamora Pierce. There was a period when I used to read a ton of fanfiction but now I usually resort to it as a procrastination technique. I don't read nearly as much as I used to.

Favorites:

Music: Alternative/Indie stuff. My favorite bands of the moment off the top of my head are Belle and Sebastian, Spoon, The Kooks, Los Campesinos!, of Montreal, Black Kids, Passion Pit, Chairlift, and Architecture in Helsinki.

Authors: J.K. Rowling, Terry Pratchett, Diana Wynne Jones, Mercedes Lackey, Tamora Pierce, Jasper Fforde, Bill Bryson, Jane Austen, Oscar Wilde, Douglas Adams, and others.

TV shows: The Office, The Big Bang Theory, Flight of the Conchords, Avatar, Firefly, and What Not to Wear.

Movies: Music and Lyrics, Napoleon Dynamite, Forrest Gump, She's the Man, Mulan, Titanic, Love Actually, About a Boy, and Star Wars.

Sports: Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, and Swimming.

General Info:

I am the worst updater ever. Seriously. Never take my word for it if I say I will update. Not even during the summer. I read too much for my own good but I also have a social life, so that's okay. I don't live in England but I am a HUGE Premier League football fan. I support Arsenal! Cesc Fabregas is my favorite player, closely followed by Robin van Persie. Anyway, long live the red and white! I also support Real Madrid, but not quite to the extent of Arsenal.
