I'M SORRY. NO, REALLY.

This is Sephora. Yes, I'm still alive. No, I wasn't eaten by something. Yes, I'm a failure nad oyu may now through rotten fruit and veggies at me.

I was originally going to post this as a new chapter for 30 Kisses, but having gotten many an e-mail alert from FF saying a favorite story had been updated, only to find it's an author's note, I decided to save myself from the anger that would cause my readers. Though anyone reading this is probably mad enough,you'll move on. I swear on my life, I am writing. Just in small spurts. I'm over half-way done with the second 30 Kisses installation nad I'm starting a new fic nad hurredly trying to finish up the first chapter of another one. So really: I'm busy, I promise oyu: I'd just like to hold off posting those fics until I have a few more chapters written so that I can give you something every few weeks or so in order to appease oyu. I apologize again and wnat you to know that yeah, I'm stilll here, and I'm still writing. Sorry about the delays,

HELLO OUT THERE:

This is Sephora. It's been just about four years since Sabrina and I wrote our profile, which feels like yesterday and a decade ago all at the same time. We were younger then, as was our writing, and now we're older, so some things have changed. But, we're still the best of friends and we still have similar interests in fandoms (more or less). We'll re-introduce you to ourselves in the very near future by re-vamping our profile page (and I'll even get Sabrina to make a totally pimpin' icon, too!). About now:

Sabrina: is an up-and-coming extremely talented artist in just about every media she can get her hands on, but I believe her greatest art related talents are drawing and painting. She wants to get back into the swing of FF.

Sephora (Me): I'm as much of a procrastinator now as I have always been, something I wish weren't the case. But I have lots of new story ideas, some that are actually in document form, too! (Or at least the very beginnings of them are). I love music, and so my fics will often be headed with soundtrack recommendations for chapters.

For those of you that are reading this, I apologize. I let you down by being a slacker, and I'm trying my best to get back on the horse. The problem is, my dell kicked the bucket late this Summer. And by "kicked", I mean that it fell into dark and silent oblivion and couldn't be turned on. It took my music library (though the songs still survive on my ipod) with it to the grave, but worst of all it took my documents. That means all of my fanfiction; all the edits I made, the chapters I wrote and hadn't posted yet, the huge detailed lists of fic summaries and their ratings I had, and the stories I hadn't yet posted on FF.net are LOST. FOREVER.

I wish I could tell you to take your anger out on me, but it seriously wasn't my fault: the old thing just up and went to sleep. Permanently. On the bright side, I have a glorious new Imac (which took me a decade to get used too) that is absolutely amazing. And, I'm writing four new fics that have much better plots and essentials than most of my others... except for "But a Memory". About that: "But a Memory" and "Enchanted, I'm Sure" are going to be on hiatus for a while. 'Enchanted' really didn't have much of anywhere to go, so I'm going to let it steep in the back of my brain until I come up with something good to do with it. 'Memory' is still a pet fic of mine and I worked so hard on a chapter that I finished it the week before my Dell died and was going to post it, that losing it is still a stinger. I lost my very first fic, "Document of the Western Lands" too, and though it was a terrible fic, to have lost that milestone is a shame. And a whole four-chapter long incomplete story called "Words of Truth" is gone too. But with luck, Sabrina may have it. Anyway; "Memory" was originally going to have a sappy "get-married-and-have-lots-of-sex-and-babies" ending, and that just didn't fit (He's a mobster, for godsake). So, if you intend to keep reading "memory" when i finish revamping it and begin posting again, be warned: the end will not be a good one.

UPDATES FROM SEPHORA:

I cannot apologize to my readers enough for how late my updates are going to be this month. I've gotten more reviews and alerts for "Enchanted, I'm Sure" than any other story I've ever written. So thank you reviewers and readers for everything but, if your'e reading this, I must apologize again.

I have writers block. I know, I know; believe me I wish it weren't the case. Now on the rare ocassions I'm in the mood to write, I can't. I'm currently working on chapter four of Enchanted, but I'm stuck. I know where it's going, I know exactly what should be happening, but I just can't seem to put it into words. I've also been working on another fic called "Life of Memories". Whenever I can't seem to continue with Enchanted, I work on Memories so I can tell myself I'm working. But now, that's blocked too! So I'm starting up some new ones that have been floating in the fic void and I'll work on them until I can get back on track... which may be a while. I apologize again; I will have chapter four up eventually. And if you haven't read Sabrina's new fic, go read it! It's awesome! NOW! XD
