| SG Kawoosh |
Author has written 5 stories for Stargate: SG-1, and Stargate: Atlantis. Aloha, y'all...so to speak. My real name is Ev, but you can call me Kawoosh or SGK. S'all good. _ I am resolutely anti-slash, but I do have several 'ships including: Stargate SG-1: SJ, DanJan, Daniel/Vala, SamCam, Vala/Tomin, Cassie/Mini-Jack (yes, I know this ship ought to disturb me, but it doesn't) I kinda have a weird taste in ships...then again, I've seen weirder. Favorite Characters: Stargate SG-1: Daniel Jackson, Janet Frasier, and Jack O'Neill (preferably as a colonel) and Mini-Jack of SG-1. I'm kind of fond of Cameron Mitchell, too. But he hasn't quite made the favorites list. Fav Movies: Mr. Smith Goes to Washington
One more addition - although I have yet to see any fanfiction at all for this beloved series (Hey, it's got David Hewlett in it, what more need I say?)... TRADERS! ...long silence Hello? Anybody? Grant Jansky fan here... D'arby?... Since pets are awesome I feel obligated to announce that I own a beautiful, sweet tabby named "Pi" who often helps me think while writing. (I honestly think she enjoys my company...) Ah, no home is complete without a cat. I am working slowly on a multichapter Stargate Atlantis story which will undoubtedly be many times longer than my other three posted stories put together. Of course, that is provided that I finish it unlike the scads which lie in derelict heaps on my hard drive... Back to business as usual, then. ----- Favorite quotes: "Today's lesson is 'Time'. Imagine a donut, fired from a cannon at the speed of light while rotating...Time is like that, except without the cannon or the donut." -Dilbert "Did you know your ship's bigger than ours?" -Col. O'Neill, Stargate SG-1 4.12 "Tangent" "Buenos dias, you guys! This is your lucky day, because you get to turn us in!" - MacGyver, 1.04 "The Gauntlet" "Romancing the alien priestess? How very 1967 of you." - Rodney McKay, Stargate:Atlantis 1.14 "Sanctuary" "People are blind. That is quite often brought to my attention." - Elwood P. Dowd, Harvey "She's safe, just like I promised, she's all set to marry Norrington like she promised, and you get to die for her just like you promised. So we're all men of our word, really. ...Except for Elizabeth who is, in fact, a woman." - Jack Sparrow, POTC: Curse of the Black Pearl "Okay, Ben, pay attention. I've brought you to the Library of Congress. Why? Because it's the biggest library in the world. Over 20 million books. And they're all saying the same exact thing: Listen to Riley." - Riley Poole, National Treasure "That bumblebee laid down arms at the first sight of inevitable crushing defeat! Can you imagine such a cowardly creature?" - Mal, Firefly 1.11 "The Message" "The truth is, I talk to God all the time...and no offense, but he never mentioned you." - Philipe, Ladyhawke "It'll be easy! It's just like working in a fish market, except you don't have to clean and gut fish all day." - George Newman, UHF "Have fun storming the castle!" - Valerie, Princess Bride "Fortunately for me, at that very moment an unconscious Argentinian fell through my roof." - Christian, Moulin Rouge "John Crichton, unwelcome shipmate. May you have safe transport to the hallowed realm. Actually, not our hallowed realm. That's for Hynerians. Go find your own hallowed realm. With the Ceremony of Passage completed, I declare you officially , and claim all your possessions for myself." - Rygel, Farscape 1.08 "That Old Black Magic" "Do you have any idea what liver and onions go for on Reticula?" - Mulder, X-files 1.02 "Squeeze" "Very well! I shall simply deny you the crown and...live...forever!" - King Francis, Ever After "I've got a few wants and needs that most people...would consider peculiar - I don't want pressure. I don't want money. I don't want any bright light. I don't want...any people around. And I want... a lot of chocolate." - Grant Jansky, Traders 1.03 "Bad is Good" | |||||||||
