Author has written 8 stories for Sherlock Holmes, and Harry Potter. I've been writing all my life, but about 1999-2000, I stumbled upon the art of putting fanfiction on the Internet. I have a few (very old) Sherlock Holmes mysteries listed below from back in those days. But soon enough (in late 2001), I watched the first Harry Potter movie, and then bought all the books that were available in paperback at the time (the first three). Hey I was a poor grad student at the time. What can I say? *shrug* I devoured all three books in the space of two days, and then borrowed a hardback copy of the fourth book. Then I decided to try my hand at a Professor Lupin fanfic based on some persistent ideas I came up with while reading PoA. Professor Lupin's Apprentice was the result. Somewhere in the process of writing that, however, I discovered Snape. Yeah, yeah he'd been there all along, but he kept sticking his greasy head into Professor Lupin's Apprentice, and I realized that the persistant git, and my ever-growing devotion to him, were not to be denied. Also, somewhere around that time, I discovered slash and wrote a BDSM fanfic devoted to my two favorite men in the Wizarding World (Staffroom Seduction ... available elsewhere. *wink, wink* *nudge, nudge* And yes, I will get to the sequel one day...). Now I'm afraid I am unapologetically all Snape, all the time, even after the sixth book. I love his Greasiness, and I always will. Evil or not. Alive or not. It matters not. Snape is my destiny. | |||||||||||
