Author has written 36 stories for Fullmetal Alchemist, Harry Potter, Super Robot Monkey Team, Dragon Ball Z, Lilo & Stitch, Boondocks, Lackadaisy, Castle, X-Men: The Movie, Inheritance Cycle, and One Piece. "Some unwarranted information." (updated) 04, May, 2013 Nicole Edens. 23, as of the 6th of February. Female. White. Asexual. Pet: Noodle (ironically a wiener dog). Currently works on the couch as a potato, rearing others' children. Begrudgingly resides in lower Tennessee (US). Suffers from weird computer OCD, caffeine addiction (particularly Dr. Pepper), sleep deprivation, fandom ADD, some sort of dyslexia, laziness, hunger, madness, and severe round-about cases of writers/artist-block. A lover of bromance and meat. Has a thesaurus lodged in her throat. Has been writing (moderately well) for FIVE YEARS and still hasn't learned to shut the hell up and not ramble nonsensically. Is an angry octopus. -x- "If BobTheACorn sounds familiar." I have a - Tumblr (currently usoppthisrightnow) - DeviantArt- Twitter - Youtube - rolling under that alias. Come at me, bros. P: -x-x- "Some fanart-y things!" This is random and fucking SWEET! Really. If you guys draw (or even write!) something based off my fics or anything, then please PLEASE PLEASE send me a message with a link so that I can pin them up here and cry quietly over how nice they are, because sharing is caring!! I do all this writing and drawing nonsense because I want to (obviously), but if I helped to inspire someone else even a little bit, I am extremely, ridiculously happy! "Monkey Team Nap" by mageknight -x-x- "Concerning reviews." First of all, I do NOT HOLD ANYTHING for ransom. I'm not going to demand I need so many reviews before I post a new chapter/drabble/anything, because I procrastinate and jump fandoms and my updates are a rare enough sight as it is. (Review-begging is a trait in authors that I absolutely CAN'T STAND, and the smallest hint of it will turn me off of a person's writing, even if it's the best damn writing I've ever laid eyes on.) I don't care if I have 1 or 100 reviews, you will get an update of any kind whenever I finish writing it, whatever it is. I know I'm world's worst about responding to reviews. This is because I'm awkward and ramble-y as fuck and have no idea how to respond other than being repetitive and insane, and I often worry that I accost people. ...If you ask me a direct question, though, I WILL try to answer promptly, but I'm going to go ahead, right here, and make a point of THANKING YOU ALL for taking the time to read something I've written. I appreciate getting feedback of any kind, even if it's just you slamming against the keyboard, I honestly get the biggest, dumbest smile on my face every time I read them. I hope you get something out of my fics, I hope you enjoy them. Letting me know that you did is just icing on the cake. C: -x-x- "Now, about that fanfiction." Please note: I recently dropped myself back down below for 50 marker by deleting a bunch of old stuff that quite frankly didn't agree with me anymore (it was mostly FMA that suffered, for obvious reasons); if you're missing a fic you know was here before - it's gone now, with apologies. It may potentially return in some form or fashion, but given my laziness, that remains to be seen. I also removed Misdeeds, Leavings and Battles, and A Glimpse, because, let me be honest, I'm not in the mood for either of them and I feel bad letting them sit here unfinished. What I'm doing here: Obviously... I'm writing fanfiction. And reading very little of it in return because I am a mean, not-nice person when it comes to reading apparently. It's easy when you're younger and don't really know what writing is supposed to sound like. It's nearly cancer-inducing when you're older... and you do... (Just glancing through the summaries makes me want to scream and throw things at people and get inoculated incase the stupidity is contagious. (See, I'm not a nice person and I'm not sorry.)) But I DO OCCASIONALLY find stuff that blows my friggen mind and has me rolling and writhing around at the computer screen, just grinning or crying like an insane maniac; so be sure you go through my favorites, at least, because there are some quality authors in there and some fics that are SO WORTH READING! What I'm going to be doing in the future: This really only applies to Chaptered fics. I'm going to be ACTUALLY COMPLETING THEM before I start posting, because I have that really troubling problem with my attention span and, I promise, it frustrates me a lot more than it frustrates you (it does). This is going to kill me a little; I love sharing. But I hate getting people all excited about something and then not delivering even more than that. So. What may be Coming Soon: The Boondocks F I X -x- Harry Potter There Are Only Endings, George. -x- A shit-ton of Supernatural and OnePiece stuff. -x-x- And I'm going to shut the fuck up, now, before this gets to be unmanageably long (it's already bordering that, ohgod). I'm gonna go ahead and put the disclaimer for all my stories right here in saying that it's still called FANFICTION for a reason, you idiots, and I am regrettably not half as brilliant as the creators of the things that I write for. If I did own anything... I would probably still be writing fanfiction. It's an excellent stress-reliever. -- Mind of the Childishly Naive (Motcn) | |||||||
