Back in '06, my father had a heart attack, which he survive. I spent much of the summer dealing with that, the wedding, and Chris's mother being ill. She died two weeks ago at age 53. With all the stress, updating my fan-fictions had to be moved to the back burner, unfortunately. I apologize to the fans I had that read avidly and were disappointed to not have the stories finished.

Currently, I am trying to finish Take Two, but chose to end Fluff 2 simply because it had been too long since I'd been able to work on it and it lost momentum.

After I complete the current story I will start posting the re-write of my original fanfiction that I've been talking about doing for three years now. It's almost complete, but I don't want to post it just yet--but it is coming. I will probably take Fluff 2 down b/c I really don't like how it turned out and I see it as a real disappointment.

Hey folks!

My name is Kei, I turn 25 in November, and I love love LOVE anime and manga. I graduated Spring of '07 from VCU with a B.A. in English with a focus on Fiction Writing and Linguistics.

Despite what my stories would indicate, I'm not much of a romanticist. I'm a realist. However, I adore cute, fluffy stories too. Mew Mew is just so lovable. Even my friend Kai-kun liked the manga and he hates cute and fluffy. lol. Of course, he also got married before me too u.u. sigh... Did I mention he's younger?

I've lived in Virginia my whole life and greatly look forward to getting to live other places and study the language. Japan is first on my list. I fell in love with Japan when I was five. My grandfather had been stationed in Okinawa so he'd sent back beautiful kimonos, pj's, dolls, etc. I took 2 years of Japanese in high school as an independent study and fell in love with the beauty of the language.
