MY WRITING STYLE:
My style is very dynamic. It can go from being very dark and violent to very light and comical in less than half a chapter. I focus on a lot of symbolism and hidden meaning in my stories, and I use my writing to express some of my thoughts about the world, religion, scientific theory, what have you. Everything depends on relativity, so the meaning of my stories may change depending on the way you interpret them. Some may find the content of my stories slightly offensive, and frankly, so do I; that is exactly my point. I like to show the world the way it truly is in its deepest, darkest ways. I like to show the good and the bad side of society and human nature for what it truly is; not some censored, watered-down version that everyone expects to see in some meaningless, mushy fanfic. I don't focus on writing things people can "relate" to or things that make them find some sort of similarity between them and their heroes. I focus on using the characters and stories that have given me my inspiration, to write stories that make people stop and think about what they consider to be reality- to write stories that carry a message of political, philisophical, and even religious significance that put atrocities like tyranny, violence, racism, and sexual promiscuity into a tangible perspective and leave them NOT with an evangelical message, but simply a split-screen view of the good and the bad and the lifelong, ever-present choice of which path to take. My stories also revolve around the natural tendency of the universe to find a balance in all things, creating equality on every side of everything - between and within every individual. Without evil, there is no good; without good, there is no evil, and that is something that will never change.
MY STORIES:
Ratchet and Clank: Culture Shock- My main work; my pride and joy. This three-part novel in the making has everything I want in it, and it expresses a lot of my theories on things from religion to quantum physics. It includes many of my ideas, inventions, plans, and moral ideals and allows me to share them with the world. It also includes recurring messages about tyrranny, racism, and mankind's constant quest for power. Most importantly, it constantly raises the questions: "What truly makes a person?" "What is the definition of humanity?" "What is true love?" "What is true righteousness?" and "Where are the walls that divide us?"
Juvenile: Critical Condition- Padlock91613, writer of the Juvenile series, asked me to do this story as part of a joint operation with several other writers. The main focus of this story is to explain what happens between Jazz and Sasha the summer after Juvenile takes place. It reveals Sasha's big secret and the conflict that lead to the gradual degredation of her relationship with Jazz. When the tension between them becomes more then they can bear, and things start to get more and more dangerous for them, what is the right decision to make?
