I have a full time job now, so I don't have much time for writing, but I am still managing to get some work done on my Random Bits Collab. ABOUT ME Name: Nashiil Nickname: Smiley Sex: Female Age: 32 Height: 5ft 4in Bio: Short, happy all the time, and goofy. I am a Pre-Vet graduate, an artist, and a twin. Interests: The Japanese culture, christian music, writing, reading, drawing, fantasy, video games, and all kind of martial arts styles (I think they are really interesting). Pet Peeves: Alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, and cursing. I don’t see how getting high/drunk then stumbling around vomiting/soiling yourself for the entertainment of others can be fun. Its also annoying trying to talk to someone who curses like a high school freshman. (I apologize to all the freshmen who aren't like this if there are any.) How can you hold a halfway decent conversation if every second word is a curse word? If you have to add curse words to make a joke/story funny, you have a serious vocabulary deficiency, or don’t know what real humor is. Favorite Author: Terry Pratchett. He does humor with a plot! If you haven’t been introduced to The Disc World, consider yourself deprived. ABOUT MY FICS: I write humor fics for Final Fantasy X and XII. I try and stay away from the less intelligent types of humor, having been influenced by Terry Pratchett. It began with A Random Adventure, which rides that fine line between funny and dumb, but the good news is that my writing style has evloved since then. The FFX fics take place immediately after the game...If Tidus hadn't disappear and Auron hadn't been Sent. I try to keep everyone in character and tend to stay away from original characters. I do have a few, which are used sparingly and never play major roles. They are: The Three Old Men (Old Man #1, Old Man #2, and Old Man #3), Marp (originally a hot dog vendor at Luca Stadium, but now owner of the International Cafe of Fiends, a.k.a. the ICOF), Winke Winkle the Tavern Owner, Bob the new Guado Leader, and Tahmu the Ronso Potions Master. I have recently added Te-Ge Ronso, the star of the popular movie 'Farplane Boy'. The FFXII fics also take place immediately after the game, assuming that Vaan convinced Balthier and Fran to return to Rabanastre for a quick reunion before setting off to aquire their treasure. The Revenant Wings story line will not be included. There are so far, no original characters. NOTE: Constructive criticism is very welcome.
