Chuck/Blair in Gossip Girl. I'm going to be optimistic and say you couldn't expect him to change his entire life and everything he's known so quickly. Of course he's going to waver. "Waver" shouldn't have meant (most likely) have sex with the interior designer or whatever she is, but like he said...he's Chuck Bass. He doesn't know how to do it any other way. But just in saying he loves Blair, he made a big step. We all just have to wait for him to step up some more...

Jackie/Hyde in That '70s show. Putting Jackie and Fez together at the end was the most ridiculous thing that ever happened. I have the most impenetrable argument about the understandable reasons for Hyde's callousness throughout their relationship, about why Jackie and Fez can't work/why she doesn't actually love him in that way, and why Jackie and Steven are so right for each other. But I won't list that all here.

Angela/Hodgins in Bones. They're quirky but really cute.
