An awesome story by amitai (she also wrote Hell is Other People, and An Object Lesson) who's actually a bit famous over in the Alex Rider category. Which this story is in, of course. Anyway, it's got a great plot, and the characterization is spot on. My whacked out summary for the thing is this: Jack's over in America because her father is sick and only has a bit of time left to live, and she rather wants to spend that time with him. So Alex needs somewhere to stay while she's gone, and as always, MI6 steps in, providing a temporary guardian. Namely, Wolf. As in all the things I adore, there is angst, but there are also copious amounts of rather dry humor, which rocks as well.

P.S. If you leave a review, please mention me. XD

Jack: All our stories are just down there, so go check them out. Also, I'm willing to take requests for my services as a beta at the moment, so check out my Beta Profile if you want to know more, and drop me a line if you'd like me to beta something for you. Also, don't forget to check out our livejournal account (which is once again mostly used by Dark). There's some interesting stuff over there, especially for those 'Alex Rider' fans reading this (hint: check out the communities I've joined. Click on the 'Yassen_Alex' one, and check it out. If you join, be sure to mention me in the introduction post as the one who got you there. -wink-). I don't update regularly or that much, though, so some patience is required.

Juri: I'm mostly in too sports manga and small fandoms, so if you think you've got an interesting one and want to chat, I'm open. :D I'll probably be writing fanfiction on a few of my favorites, those of mention include: Double Arts, Saijou no Meii, Kuroko no Basket, and others.
