+About Me+

My name is Briana.

I am a fourteen-year-old Asian high school freshman who is obviously a girl. My birthday is September 15th, a day before Nick Jonas! Besides school and friends, I basically have no life and sit at the computer all day. I am an all honors student who is also taking Chinese One and in Intermediate Orchestra. I play viola, and I used to play piano until I quit when I was seven or eight. Although playing viola is something I love to do, I know I will quit after this school year because I need to take my required courses to get enough credits, and plus I need to fill my schedule with other things because those will help me toward college, while I do not plan on using viola for anything; it is just a hobby.

My hobbies are listening to music, reading, writing, doodling, editing profiles, watching and making videos, having fun, IMing, watching movies, and playing viola. My interests are getting good grades, yaoi, psychology, human nature, animals, Jonas Brothers, cooking, music, anime/manga, movies, television, and things like that. I have a lot more, but I don't want to put it here.

I am a complete anime and manga dork, although I prefer manga over anime. I have read a lot and dropped out of a lot of fandoms, but the ones I am into right now are Dogs - Bullets & Carnage, Nana, Kitchen Princess, Vampire Knight, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy VII, and Jonas Brothers. These are the ones I read or write for. Oh, I might add that I like slash and yaoi, so you better watch out if you are homophobic. Don't get me wrong, I like hetero too, but not as much as yaoi. I got into yaoi about two years ago by one of my dear friends, who shall be called Strawberry. I am much more of a writer than artist, but I know people who draw and they are pretty good at it! You should go check them out, you won't regret it! There are also plenty of good writers I know too. A ton of them, actually. They are not popular and it is a pity; they should be! Look in the section below this, some of them are my friends and some of them are just really good.

I love listening to music. My favorite bands and musicians are Paramore, Skillet, Jonas Brothers, Taylor Swift, Ne-Yo, Mario, Rihanna, Loveholic, Breaking Benjamin, Hoobastank, Sum 41, Boyce Avenue, Nickelback, Santana, Demi Lovato, Cobra Starship, Evanescence, Within Temptation, Boys Like Girls, and t.A.T.u. I like a lot of individual songs, but there are way too many to list here. I know I like a lot of bands/musicians, but I cannot help it. I find a lot of music very catchy for some reason, even if a lot of people hate it. These are the ones I constantly listen to, and like at least three of their songs. The Jonas Brothers, obviously, are my current obsession and have been for the last...three months? Yeah. Don't worry, I'm not as rabid as other fangirls are.

My personality really depends on how well I know a person - online or not. Although, if I talk to people online, it's so much easier for obvious reasons. However, I do get uncomfortable sometimes. If you know me well, you will probably be able to tell the huge difference in my personality from when I first talked to you than how I act like right now. I am hyper, sarcastic, and random when I'm comfortable with somebody. Same goes for real life; except if I don't know a person in real life, I just turn really timid and don't talk much. Online, I just don't give good responses. I just want to warn you that I get very hyper, sarcastic, and moody. I have a lot of idiotic and random moments, as everybody probably does. My mind is right down in the gutter, so I think very very wrong most of the time.

+About Writing+

Well, this section is about writing. About MY writing. You may skip over this if you would like.

I started writing when I was eleven; that was when I first discovered fanfiction. Before, I really despised writing and wanted it to burn, but when I read fanfiction, that inspired me to write my own. My first fandoms ever were Fushigi Yuugi and Fruits Basket, and I can blatantly see how much I improved by reading what I wrote about back then. Before, I had a lot of errors and my stories did not make any sense. However, after observing some of the better stories, I completely changed my style and improved a lot. I will not show you what I wrote before because I fear I might blind you and make you never want to read again.

I usually write one-shots because I cannot plan a multi-chap with a plot out. The only multi-chaps I would do are collection-like ones. Rarely do I put out a multi-chap with an actual plot, but I am writing one right now for Kingdom Hearts. I have a lot of oneshots that are incomplete, but I do intend on finishing them once I get some ideas. Now, I am starting to write a lot more originals. Not the ones with OCs and stuff like that, but short stories in second person point of view. I believe that's the one using the reader as the main character.

I usually write angst because I feel that it is the only genre I could really get a feel for. Humor and fluff aren't my thing, and I have attempted them before, only to find myself fail and want to throw up from it. I cannot take too much fluff, but I do like it every once in a while. My goal is to actually get the emotions out there and use very good symbolism/metaphors. Hopefully my style would have matured by then and I would be free of a lot of errors.

I don't have a beta, but I do have someone who goes over my stuff, and that would be my partner, who is the first person listed below.
