My name is Jenn, I also go by Fifi. I'm 34 years old. Born in 1975. Really old compared to the majority of sixteen year old girls on here that think they know what life experience and writing is all about.

I have a major issue with reading work that is a waste of my time. If you can not read a story the first time through and understand it, it is a waste of time. If you do not have the slightest grasp on grammar,can not figure out how to use spell check, or just write crap that is mainly drivel, you have wasted my time. I am very picky about which stories I review. If I think you are an amazing writer, I will leave you a review, possible several, possibly for all chapters. I hate to break someone down and leave a bad review, but if I do, it's because it hurt to read your story. Painful. That's just the way it is.

I have been married for seven years. Have two kids, the oldest is twelve, the youngest is six. I've lived. I lost. I've had my life seriously torn apart more than once. I write from experience. I write for myself.

If I write about a character picking up someone in a bar, or club, and having a one nighter with them, it's because I know what I am talking about.

If I write about someone finding someone that they just cannot live without, (and perhaps having to live without anyways)it's because I know what I am writing about.

If I write about loss, the loss of a child, the loss of a dear friend, the loss of a loved one, I know what I am writing about.

If I write about finally being with the person of your dreams only for it to end badly, I lived it.

If I write about normal everyday family life, I live that.

If I tell someone that they are WAY off when it comes to pregnancy in a story, then you are.

I am smart enough to know that the majority of the stories that I write are no where near good enough for the web. So I have them put away for my eyes only. I find I am a better editor than writer. Probably too hard on myself.

I have been writing fan fiction since 1992. That was way before any of the Fanfiction sites were in existence. My educational background is United States History,Drama, Television Production, Journalism, Creative writing, Library science, and three decades of reading for enjoyment. Also, I have been to more than 100 concerts in my life, knowing personally most of the bands I go to see. Call me a groupie, call me a Band aid, so be it, but that ended when I married my husband, a Rock Bassist. I've was involved with charity work for four year until the drama just got to be too much for me. Now I just read way too much.
