For those of you who follow my stories and get alerts from me, I thank you from the bottom of my heart! In addition to the stories listed below, I also have a story in progress entitled "Healing Waters" under the name 'iloveromance1' at fictionpress.net. Please feel free to review and make any comments, which of course are always appreciated!

I started writing fan fiction when I became frustrated with One Life to Live and Days of Our Lives and started writing my own versions of stories that I wasn't happy with or stories that the writers hinted at but never expanded. Until someone pointed me in the direction of this awesome site, I didn't realize that fan fiction existed, or that it had such a huge following!

Many thanks to my "fan club" which include fellow writers and wonderful friends: Kristen (Kristen 3), Melinda (Carylfan10), Sydney (Sydney3), Andress (Andress Jade), Leigh Ann (LeighAnn415), Jenn (Veggie), Jessie (Jessie33), Anika (Baronessblixen), Mary (Jan2StaMuse) ,Billie (LoisAndClarkSuperfan), Pat (Pat2Trivia4Me) and anyone else I might have left out. I'd also like to thank my family and of course my wonderful husband, Curt who has given me so many amazing (and very unique) ideas for stories and crossovers for shows that I never imagined could be crossed over!

And of course a huge thanks to my readers and people who have added me to their favorite stories/author list. That is extremely flattering in itself!

A little about myself...

It should come as no surprise to anyone that my all-time favorite TV show is Frasier and I cannot say that without thanking Kristen3. It happened by accident when after reading her story "A Night With Daphne", I decided to start watching "Frasier" and soon became addicted to it. I owe most of the addiction to David Hyde Pierce and his portrayal of the adorable Niles Crane! Without him, the show wouldn't be anywhere near as wonderful as it is!

David Hyde Pierce is incredibly talented and absolutely AMAZING and I have enjoyed his work so much. Because I've seen so many of his movies and TV performances, I've even begun writing stories based on his other characters, which is a definite first for me. But I won't keep gushing about him here at the risk of turning this bio into a novel! However, I will say that he's been such an inspiration to me both in my personal life and in my writing and I would love nothing more than to meet him and give him a hug in thanks for my gratitude!

I also owe Kristen for giving me a spark of an idea (which was probably just a random comment) for trying my hand at a Frasier/Seinfeld crossover which led to my writing over 200 stories for Frasier (and counting!). It's just amazing to think that I've written that many stories for just one show, and never in a million years did I dream that I'd be writing so many stories for anything but writing Niles and Daphne stories has become somewhat of an addiction! I've even given myself another goal, which is to write at least one story for every episode of "Frasier". It has been a bit of a challenge, not only because the show ran for 11 years but because sometimes it's hard to come up with a story idea for a particular episode-especially if it's an episode that doesn't have many scenes involving Niles and/or Daphne.

As for music, my tastes change often, but one thing that will never change is my love for Harry Connick Jr and Michael Buble.Because I became a fan of Radio Disney back in September of 2011, I have started listening to that station faithfully and it's proven to be much more enjoyable than most of the top 40 stations around.

And the fact that I watch quite a lot of the Disney Channel is due to my husband, but I really enjoy it as well. It's nice to see family entertainment that is clean as well as hilarious at times; and often those TV shows have found their way into my stories (Wizards of Waverly Place and Austin and Ally for example!).

Since my author name is iloveromance, it's probably not surprising that my favorite movies are romantic comedies; Sleepless In Seattle, Roman Holiday and Some Like it Hot... all of which have inspired me to write stories!

Aside from writing (which has become a serious addiction-even replacing my status as a bookworm!), I love to travel; having been to countries such as Australia, Mexico, Canada and most recently, Iceland. But I love to travel in the US as well and my favorite places are the Oregon Coast and Portland, Oregon. Sometimes my travel experiences have even found their way into stories.

I also love ice dancing and my favorite athletes are Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir of Canada. They are just so romantic and magical on the ice!

As far as actors/actresses, my favorite actor (of course) is DHP but I also love Audrey Hepburn. She was such an amazing actress and a beautiful person, inside and out!

And speaking of writing, everyone I listed above that has a name in italics is a writer for this site, so please check out their work as well. I get so much inspiration from other writers and I am still amazed at how many friendships I've acquired through this site!
