My name is Erwesteth Carasiriel. For those of you who do not recognise the gender noun 'riel' I am female. I've just noticed that more and more people are calling me sir, or him. My brother thinks it's hilarious! Well I do too, but that's not the point. So just to clear up any shades of grey. I'm a female of the human race, and I come in peace... I think...
I am in year 12, living in Australia, and I want to go to university, get my PhD in Ancient Civilisations and go work in the Middle East (not a lot of archaeologists/cryptologists (the linguistal kind not the mathematical kind) are going over there at the moment...wonder why)
I'm 16, and I live with my mum and my younger brother, a one year old pup, and two fishy and a kitten. I am also fluent in three languages. English, Conversational Japanese and Music, and I'm learning Russian and Arabic
(((Music is a language. You can convey meanings, emotions and feelings as surely as words. Plus people all over the world can read it... except for percussion people, they read the braille form. (no offense if you are a percussionist - I know many of you can read music as well...just very few that I know.)))
One litte fact about me...: I have discovered that when my brother starts on his x-box (which we are only allowed to play in the holidays) he is so focused. He's in the zone and it once took me roaring at him like a commander or something to snap him out of it. And yes... I can roar, just ask Tortall Princess.. :-). Oh and I guess when I play I get into it too... but I more give the various characters encouragement or discover that I enjoy destroying and killing in KOTR or hacking heads of orcs and Uruk in LOTR. and Looting! who knew how much fun it could be?
What I'm currently annoyed at...: Inconsistencies with timelines and plots. Current one... the Darth Bane Duology - it starts out in the Old Republic with the first novel. The Second novel (which is directly after the first) has the beginnings of the Separatist movement with Chancellor Valorum mentioned... it is very confusing... especially when one takes into consideration that in The Phantom Menace, it was mentioned that the Sith had not been in the galaxy for a thousand years (from the battle where Bane destroys the Sith to the end of the second novel - 23 years), and it steps on Sidious's toes. CONSISTENCY OF CONTINUITY... it's very important.
