Welcome, dear readers, to my humble author page.

I’m Sarah. I’ve loved the written word since before I can remember, and I was very young when I decided that all those storybooks my parents read to me were the greatest thing on earth and that I wanted to be able to make pictures appear in people’s minds the way those books did. It’s been a focused purpose throughout my life, for which I’m extremely grateful as it made it easy to pick a major when it came college time! I’m currently a senior creative writing major and after I graduate I plan on heading to graduate school to get a master of fine arts in fiction.

I’ve been writing since I learned the alphabet and I’ve written probably hundreds of stories over the years. As cheesy as it might sound, fanfiction.net has been a big part of that. It gave me a chance to explore several genres and play with many types of characters, as well as get feedback from a group of enthusiastic and committed people. It was so nice to hear from people who enjoyed my work, as a lot of the time I was hesitant to show my writing to my family or friends. So to each and every one of you who has helped me along the way, thank you!!

Now, I want to take a moment to also apologize to my readers. Many of you have been waiting months or years for updates to some of your favorite stories, and I am deeply sorry for the lengthy delays. I always promise to do better and it never happens. I can only say that life likes to get in the way, and college can be especially insidious that way. These things take precedence, even if I’d rather be working on one of my stories. That said, a lot of the time progress is halted by lack of inspiration for any of my pieces and there’s not much to do about it. I know at my last update I promised more oneshots at the very least, but then I got sucked into doing National Novel Writing Month, so all my words went there. (I actually won, by the way – first time out! Woohoo! Yay for a completed novel!) I’m going to try oneshots again, but no promises this time. Life is pandemonium. (Props to anyone who recognizes the reference! A hint – I’ve been adopted by my college’s theatre department.)

So, with all that out of the way, a bit more about what you’ll find here. I’ve grown up in a rural farmland that I love, so any new settings I use in any of stories will probably tend that way. I love writing, reading, horseback riding, video editing, customizing and showing model horses, and I’m slowly getting into acting as well. As far as fanfiction goes, although I haven’t written stories for all of them yet, my interests include: Star Trek Voyager, Castle, Doctor Who, Atlantis The Lost Empire, Star Trek, Avatar The Last Airbender, Star Trek The Next Generation, Star Wars, CSI Miami, Law and Order SVU, Star Trek Enterprise, Sherlock Holmes, Harry Potter, CSI NY, all the classic Disney movies (Lion King, Little Mermaid, Aladdin, etc.), CSI Crime Scene Investigation, Bones, and probably several other things that escape me at the moment. Feel free to message me with questions or ideas about stories for any of the above!

Reviews on my stories are greatly appreciated and I try to respond to most of them to let you know so directly. As a writer, audience feedback is one of the greatest tools available because it helps make each new story or chapter better than the one that preceded it. I really hope you enjoy what I’ve written. It makes it extra worthwhile when I know I’ve made an impact on someone.

Thanks again everyone! Live long and prosper!

Oh, and bow ties are definitely cool.
