Hi everyone! My names Natalie and Im an aspiring author! That's pretty much all there is to me having an account on here! I enjoy writing in itself and getting constructive reviews is always a bonus. The little comments from readers that seem relatively insignificant are the things that will make me a better writer. So if you're ever reviewing please don't be afraid to criticise or comment on aspects of my writing. I'll welcome it.
I'm 18 now and as I've gotten older I've got worse and worse at updating. This is mainly because I'm coming to the most important time of the year considering my A-Levels and because now I'm 18 I can get into clubs. :) I'm araid my social life is taking priority these days seeing as I'll be poor when I go to uni! So, I'm sorry if it seems like I'm never ever going to update my fics. I promise you I will never leave a fic incomplete and if I did I would let you all know.
Generally I think I'll only really write Final Fantasy fics. I'm a fan of Rikku/Gippal, Selphie/Seifer and I really want to write a Balthier/Ashe fic. These are my main ships but I want to branch out and try something different too. But before I start anything new I will finish the ones I have running now.
Here's a ittle rundown of my fics:
Forgotten: This was my first fic and I'll always look back on it with a smile. :) I think it's worth a read but my writing has definately improved since then! Rikku gets kidnapped and as Gippal joins Yuna and co. in the search for her he realises his true feelings for the plucky blonde!
Be My Shadow: This is a better one! There are the odd few weak chapters but generally I'm really pleased with it. It's my priority as I've gotten alot of reviews for it and I feel I should repay the reviews! Rikku and Gippal have a falling out and she disappears to Bikanel to try and avoid him. While wroking in the sands she meets a handsome, young Al Bhed called Maxen. But his appearance coincides with a threat from an army of shadows...How can Rikku fight these shadow? And how can Gippal fight off Maxen in the struggle for Rikku's affections?
To The Extreme: Another Rikku/Gippal. This time it's just meant to be a little bit of fun, not a big, dramatic epic. I'm also adding in an element that makes it slightly interactive for my reviewers :D Rikku and Gippal have rekindled their close friendship from before he left for the Crimson Squad. But on Rikku's bitrhday a drunken encounter leaves their friendship in tatters. To what extremes will Gippal go to to win back Rikku's friendship...and maybe something more?
A Sponsorship Deal: I think this may turn out to be my favourite. It's a Selphie/Seifer fic written in first person with the POV changing back and forth from each chapter. Years after Ultimecia's defeat Selphie agrees to do a favour for her friend Squall. She travels to Galbadia to tie up a Sponsorship deal for Balamb garden. Unbeknownst to her, the at the head of the deal is none other than Seifer Almasy. How will she possibly survive the time she must spend with him and why the hell does he want that deal? Even if your not a fan of this pairing or the game, check it out.
