Author has written 4 stories for Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew.

Hi! Most of my story ideas are just for one-shots, but I hope to one day write a chapter-fic. It may take me a while to get there, though.

There are only a handful of fandoms that I actually read fanfic in (Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew; Star Trek (2009 and TOS); Dark Angel; TMNT), only two that I read regularly (HB/ND and Star Trek: 2009), and only one that I'm interested in writing fanfic for (HB/ND). The Hardy Boys were the first books that I ever read and actually enjoyed, and so they continue to be a favorite of mine. My favorite aspect about them is the relationship between the brothers. I usually only read Nancy Drew because she sometimes hooks up with the boys, but once in a while, I'll enjoy a story about her.

I generally don't like romance stories. In most fandoms, I avoid them. HB/ND is the only fandom that I like to read romance stories in. In fact, I more than just like romantically inclined HB/ND, I immensely enjoy them. Odd. But I'm not going to try to figure it out. My favorite pairings in this fandom are Frank/Nancy or Frank/Callie. Frank is my favorite character, so I like almost any pairing with him, as long as it's well-written and believable. The only pairing I really can't stand is Nancy/Joe. -shudders- I just can't help but see that pairing as wrong, wrong, wrong.

Also, I can't stand stories where the author villifies a character. I don't mind if someone writes the character making a mistake or two - that actually makes things more interesting - but when a character is too out-of-character, then I can't read it.

I don't care for OCs that dominate a story. I read fanfic for the characters that I already know and want to read more about. Not because I want to read about some author's fantasy idea of her "Mary-Sue" self in the characters' world. (Not that all OCs are like that, but many seem to be.) The only OCs I enjoy are "villians" or supporting characters. I don't even bother with stories where an OC is paired with a main character, unless I know the author as one who writes well or unless the summary is very, very intriguing.

Favorite Characters (or Pairings):

HB/ND: Frank, Joe, Callie, Nancy (Frank/Callie, Frank/Nancy, Joe/Vanessa, Joe/Iola)

Star Trek (2009 and TOS): Spock, Kirk, McCoy (I love friendship fics featuring this trio)
