Please enable Private Messaging on your profile page. However, if you are promoting a fansite I request that you do not contact me. I am not a member of any fansites nor do I wish to become one. Recently my refusal to join a site filled with Rupert Grint stalkers and Internet bullies led to an attempt to bully me. Fortunately for me I'm a grown woman and no longer at school so I don't care if a stroppy teenage girl on the other side of the world likes me or not. lol I do not recomend or endorse any fansite, though I have very good friends associated with rupertgrint dot net and therefore will not have them insulted in any way. I'm very disapointed that I've even had to make this disclaimer at all. sigh REAL LIFE WRITING I have joined in with lots of other people in the Harry Potter fandom and submitted a short story to The Ripple Effect. This is an Anthology that has been published to raise money for the New Orleans Public Libraries post-Katrina. My story is only 850 words but I was lucky enough to have an artist illustrate it for me so I've very excited to see it. AUCTION (now closed) I was up for auction to raise money for the fanfiction site The Quidditch Pitch and raised over 70 dollars. If you don't know the site then let me fill you in. You can write whatever you like, whatever combination of characters you like, whatever sexual orientation you like and there are no dictatorial mods with mis-placed ideas of canon which they try to force onto other people like the Council over on Checkmated. Most of you will know my feelings about Checkmated. I hate that site, hate it, they told me Ron wasn't deep or emotional and Hermione never lost her temper or swore. I think they are rude, obnoxious snobs and will have you know that they have rejected some of the best fic writers in fandom today.
