I am a taxzombie by profession. Both a Licensed Tax Consultant (Oregon) and an Enrolled Agent (Federal). With 20 plus years of tax madness behind me. Prior to that I did several things, six years in the Navy(73-79), worked at the Hanford site in Washington state, and in Canada in the middle of the winter (-20 was the HIGH) also at the Nevada Test Site where I worked on a pair of "shots". (Two of the last underground nuclear tests.) After that I returned north where I ended up working on some of the first scanner systems to be installed in the NW. Later I had other jobs, at one time holding down three jobs at once. Finally I ended up where I am now - a taxzombie. It is a very pleasing feeling when I can relieve someone of thier fears concerning taxes. (Especially considered what a screwed up tax system we've got!) Bookworm by choice, "Norwegian batchlor farmer" by default, escapist at heart. My primary companions consist of my dog Loki (she earned her name and I have the busted knuckle to prove it) my anime collection and of course my books. If you've made it this far I am rather amazed.
