UPDATE: (7/15/08) - I feel as if I owe it to my readers to update my status.
To those who have been waiting for me to update one of my fics... I'm really, truly sorry, but it looks like it isn't going to happen, at least any time soon. I am more likely to update Four Humiliating Things Rukia Never Did than Falling Off The Edge of the World because each chapter could stand for itself and it would be easier to revise.
Reasons: I went into a slump starting the end of last summer, feeling that everything I wrote was a pile of crap. I look back on the fics I've uploaded, and I'm not pleased with them. I have decided, however, to keep them up as a memoir of sorts - if I do, perchance, upload another fanfic someday I can look back and (hopefully) see how my writing has evolved. For the two unfinished stories, it's also a good reminder that they're still looking to be finished. The only way I can actually finish them though is if they go through serious revisions... which isn't likely as of right now.
I have started to write again within the past few months, but I'm always short of finishing the stories (I have a problem finishing what I start and when I have free time I normally prefer to read rather than type). I'm more pleased with my writing style nowadays, but I'm also more slow-going.
That being said, I would like to apologize to all of my readers who were waiting for another update. I'm sorry for letting you down. As such, I have promised myself to never upload another multi-chaptered story again unless if it is finished.
