The Name:

At some point last year I was talking about 'evading' something and one of my mates said something about 'evading bears.' I wasn't really thinking, so I combined the two and came up with 'Bearvading,' which is an activity which involves the evasion of bears. My mates thought it had promise, so I went on to explain how 'Lord Bear' was the great leader of all bears and a master bearvader (one who bearvades). After numerous requests to meet 'Lord Bear,' I eventually told them that he was busy studying at a university and had left the title of 'Lord Bear' to me while he completes his PhD in 'Bear.'
