Well, hello! Welcome to my profile. I've been around for over seven years now, pretty much spent my growing up years on here, and fanfiction is how I developed my prose skills! As a result I love this place to bits. *heart*

I was born in South Korea. English is my second language, I've been learning it for fourteen years now and I now consider myself fully bilingual - but please go easy on me if you see typos or weird grammar in my earlier stories. x.x They were unintentional. As of Feb 2012 I am eighteen years old. I currently speak English, Korean, French, German and a bit of Japanese.

I used to churn out fics like mad, but they've been getting rarer due to less time and more stress. But when they come around, they all range from cavity-inducingly sweet fluff to depressing, highly homicidal darkfics. I am quite versatile and can make a lot of things work when it comes to crack pairings. I would prefer constructive critism rather than just a 'great fic, write more ;D' kind of review. No one wrote better fics when fed only those kinds of reviews. I am also against review-whoring; it simply puts me off when I see stuff like 'review or die' in what would otherwise be a good story. This place has been getting a bit dusty. Gotta fix that soon, I've branched to real-person fic is the only problem! x.x I have a lovely boyfriend of twenty-eight months as of February 2012, and am very deeply in love. I also really really really like Germany, Germans, the German language and the German culture. I have no idea when this set in but I LOVE THEM.

I am beginning a project - a list of every fanfic I've written since the very beginning. This includes fics I've never posted, fics I never finished, fics that got deleted or are unknown due to the fact that they deal with adult material - all one hundred and fifty-seven of them. Considering FF.net records 72 stories as of Dec 2010 and I've got ones floating out there that would make the online count at the seventies-eighties mark, that's still only about half the stuff that I wrote.

Written in Fine Print - A collection of Punch-Out!! oneshots and drabbles. Each chapter is unrelated and may or may not be slash. Seventeenth chapter up, 'Edgewise'. Aran and Narcis have an altercation. No pairings, might be a little disturbing.

Planned Fics:

Zodiac - Still planning. Not sure if this will ever make it, though. It should belong to the Klonoa fandom. This will likely be another anthology, because I like them.

100 Days Later - SSBB/Mario fic, depends on material. Involves some Luigi/Peach. Keeping details secret as of current time. Not a collection of unrelated oneshots, will be long.

Le Soir Bizarre - Mario fic. Focuses on Mr. L and Dimentio. I love those two. Hiatus, stuck on Dimentio's character. x.x

Kaleidoscope (Fifth Chapter, Second Part) - Halfway written. Contains surprising cameo.

Light My Candle (Second Chapter) - Very little written, but the framework is there. I really liked this story too much to not consider giving it another chapter. Hiatus.

(Untitled) - Mario fic, Super Mario Galaxy universe (finally something that's not SPM). Involves the two Luigis found in the game. Concept down.

A Question of Talent - Punch-Out!! fic, will be long oneshot. About 2/5th written.

Keep in mind that sometimes I don't announce fics before I write and post. I just get on with them and post them without prior notice. Surprise gifts and occasional bouts of insanity-ridden oneshots, like 'A Day in the Life of PictoChat', will likely never be announced prior to posting. Sorry about that. I'm very unpredictable.

Written in Fine Print - Selection of oneshots that focus on the boxers' lives - because the WVBA has so much more to offer than just Little Mac's story. Pairings vary, some slash. WIP (Punch-Out!!)

The Alphabet of WVBA - Collection of themed drabbles for each letter of the alphabet. As a rule they generally don't have pairings, and features every boxer within the Wii game save for Donkey Kong. Inner reflections, details of the past, and in-game actions we don't see are discussed here. Finished (Punch-Out!!)

Just my two cents about my favourite fandoms.

Klonoa: In the Klonoa series, I love Guntz. I LOVE HIM TO DEATH. He's just so witty... smart... hot... cool... (faint) But the thing is, you'll find that I like making Guntz's life miserable. Well, I can't help that... he's just so fun to torture. I think I like doing that with all my favourite characters.

I like Guntz x Klonoa because there does exist some kind of unusual affection between the two, shown both in Klonoa Heroes and Namco x Capcom. Plus, this pairing has fans. (smirks) Guntz x Lolo is a pairing I also like, despite it being so psychotic at times and my dislike for Lolo. I'm also drawn to Emperor Jillius for some... inexplicable reason. He wants the best for his empire and yet he threatens to kill people for extremely trivial matters. Nobody should be that neurotic, but hey, I'm loving it.

Mario: Yes. I'm a Luigi fan. Deal with it. I don't hate Mario - but why be so obsessed with him? He hasn't had much personality development throughout the years. Nintendo hasn't helped that much. Although that makes him what he is, I like my characters interesting. And who actually speaks their thoughts out aloud. I'm also a big fan of Mr. L for the sake of evilness... and for some reason that I myself don't know, I also feel a certain attraction towards Dimentio. I know he's a proper mindrapist, and Luigi's worst enemy, but there's just something about his extreme psychoticness. I just can't hate him. I scare myself sometmes.

I find that female characters in Mario are rather not to my taste. I don't really like Daisy... I would if Nintendo gave her a personality and background instead of throwing her in sports spinoffs. Peach is good, but sometimes annoying. Rosalina is a lovely woman but I don't feel anything too special or noteworthy about her. It's Luigi I like. Yum.

Super Smash Brothers: Snake and Luigi. My mains. They rule the Smash Bros universe. I mean, seriously. Although you don't actually see much interaction between Snake and Luigi in the game, I think that's what makes them a good duo. You can make up just about anything about them. That, and the fact that Snake seems to have a great deal of respect for Luigi. I grew really fond of them two while playing way too much brawl. Sue me. xD Yoshi steaks must be deliciousz.

The two as a couple? (Yes.) I feel like such a hypocrite now. x.x It just seems that they fit together. Luigi has been my guilty pleasure for a long time. He'll probably get a less homicidal, but still cracky version of the treatment that Guntz gets from me. And by the way, Meta Knight x Jigglypuff rule. So does the Captain Falcon and Captain Olimar friendship.

EDIT (14/11/08): Well, crap. It seems that Google thinks WtCB is Snake x Luigi material. (Clicky for Google approval)

Punch-Out!!: Until Punch-Out!! on the Wii came out, I thought that the original was a very fun game... but the characters lacked personality to be able for me to write or really have an opinion of them. Mind you, the NES version boxers probably had more personality than boxers in real life, and that's saying a lot. But then the new game comes out on Wii, and blam, I'm hooked. I'm amazed at the backstory and the intermission sequences that the boxers are given. Von Kaiser never seemed too sane to me and now I know why. If I was beaten by children, I'd go crazy too. Glass Joe and Von Kaiser are one of the weakest boxers you'll ever face in the series - but I love them both. They're hilarious in a way I can't describe. Sucks that they're the oldest boxers in the whole place, but then again that makes them interesting to write. Oh, and uh... Von Kaiser x Glass Joe for the win.

Rammstein: This might sound insane because of the fact that none of my Rammstein fics will ever be posted here and if you wanted to read them you'd have to head over to AFF/DA/Archive Of Our Own (i. e. not FF.net). But I love them as a fandom so I'll include a note here too. I love all of the band members, although my favourite pairing is Till/Richard. This is, however, a fandom where I've actually been pretty slow to develop a pairing because I've been focused on everything else. I think this might be because I'm vering on real-person fic, and there is something about the whole thing that's stopping me from going all out. So I'm actually trying to be very realistic with them. Your mileage may vary on how successful I'm being, but so far I don't think I've screwed up anything. Following on from the Von Kaiser example from PO!! - I think it's solidified now. I'm a Germanophile. WHY ARE GERMANS SO AWESOME. ; w ;

This space is for general ranting about what I feel about the world. I do not usually rant about individuals, whether they're celebrities or people at FF.net. It's just venting. Rants may change from day to day... or may stay up for months.

Current Rant (08/02/12):

Jesus this place has been getting super dusty. I blame it on a Rammstein bout - been writing like crazy over there, but can't post any of those here because real person fic isn't allowed on FF.net! x.x I'm under 'kimbk' on DeviantArt. If anybody likes reading pages and pages' worth of material for Rammstein, head over there to get delicious fics. I can't seem to link anything because the external links are disabled. Goddamn it!

I am still alive. Producing more output than 2011, in fact. Every three years I appear to go through 'revelations' and a huge leap in the quality of my writing. In 2008 I had that with 'Within the Cardboard Box' and now I am experiencing this with the Rammstein fic, 'Silence'. Boy oh boy. I gotta clean this place up a bit and actually update more, I'm getting super lazy. x.x

University is good so far but I'm a hermit. This is like, in no way a new thing for me.
