My Writing Style Note: I write with a style that I have come to stick with, especially when I use SesshoMaru and InuYasha with the capital in their names. I am not gonna change it, because I like it that way and it's going to stay. That's my trademark. As well gender-bending is my infamous trademark, I have tendency to change some of the character's gender to suit my pairing liking since I am a Christian and I avoid yaoi and yuri. You can see, Cloud Strife is Cloud Sorano Strife in my stories as well sometime; I change Harry Potter to a girl with potion accidental. Enjoy.

Extra Note about myself: I am also Deaf, which is why my English grammar may seem a bit rough. I am trying my best to make my English grammar better. I still have a long way to go. I am very aware of my tense problems in my writing. I'm still trying to figure this out. Thanks!

I want to give you an example how my English grammar is at its best even though it's very rough. I am using a sentence from a story to give you an idea.

My own writing:

Caledonia rubbed her face and grabbed her robe and wand and left the dorm. She walked down the hallway, intended to see Dumbledore about her dreams. She had been having nightmares and even the silencing charm seemed to not be working, every time she put them up, she would wake up to find the charm gone as if her magic had flared during her dream, breaking through them.

Appropriate English (As I think it should be... catch me if I am wrong):

Caledonia rubbed her face, grabbing her robe and her wand and left the dorm. She made her way to Dumbledore's office, intended to see him about her dreams because she had been having nightmares and even the silencing charm seemed to not be working at all. Every time she put the charm up, she would wake up to find it gone, as if her magic had flared up during her dreams, breaking it.

This is how ASL look like, but please keep in mind, appreciate that I do not ever write it that way though a lot of Deaf people do:

Yes... shocking? Actually, that's appropriate way to sign ASL. I do speak this way in Sign Language, but I speak almost perfect English but it's easier to talk English because it's mostly short sentences but a drawn out long story, that's my challenge and I know there are a quiet few rules that I do not know yet. I have discovered a few years ago about the use of 'a' and 'an' as well how many times you should use 'and' in a sentence and when then a few more. I am struggling of how to compost a sentence with speaking and that's where I know I am lacking few rules of this.

Also – I often do not use big vocabulary because either I can’t pronounce them or spell them since I can’t really hear them. I do read with high level comprehension but to speak, I speak normally, using simple words since I found myself embarrassed to mispronounce words and often avoid doing so. I can’t count how many times I’ve been corrected and laughed at and I don’t really like it, though I take it in stride and pretend it doesn’t really bother me. But in writing, I’m trying to challenge myself in using words that I don’t often use and am on high alert searching for words through readings and storing them away to use it when I write.

So, for each time a person review me that my English sucks. Yeah, I am very aware of it and appreciate the honest truth. But, the story is what I can give is the best as I can do. If you compare the oldest story I have posted here which is Oni no Bara to the latest chapter of Caledonia Lilia Snape and Road to Damascus, there are a huge improvement, which I have noticed myself. I have most of Oni no Bara rewritten and do plan to post a new version sometime in the near future.

Dec. 4, 2011 : I've gotten few quiery on when Caledonia Lilia Snape will be updated next. I am so sorry for the looonnnggg suspense, I've been so busy and I am struggling to find time to even sit down and write. I have not been able to be on the computer for more than five minute a day and I'm always going, going, and going.

But my mind of lately had been leaning toward Caledonia Lilia Snape and I am going to try to sit myself down and work on the next chapter. There are few chapters left and that's it for the story. But I can promise you that the ending is going to be good, cuz I had wrote out the ending and wrote out a lot of the cut scenes.

Fear not, the story is not abandoned. It's just the matter of timing of when I can acutally sit down and write it.

I am hoping I can get one up before Christmas. ^_^

Thanks for your patience and support, I know you all love the story and I do too. ^_^

July 10, 2011: Before I knew it, my summer came to near end. Why you may ask while it's still July? Last minute things had happened. I was asked to help a friend to drive through Canada to the Lower 48 (Alaskan slang for main 48 states) to help her move, seeing I have previous experince of going though Canada and know the route and it also give me oppturinty to see my mom in Arkansas for a bit. So, a week will be devoted to driving and a week devoted to visiting my family/friends in Lower 48. By the time I get back to Alaska, I will only have 13 days of vacation left and three will be devoted to camping, two to my son's make-up beleated birthday after camping, and 8 days of babysitting, getting ready for school and all that and I go back to work on Aug. 10.

I know you all are waiting for the next chapter of Caledonia Lalia Snape and I just happened to be busy in a whirlwind of a summer. I never actually got around to working on my main project, the children book I wanted to write. Gah! But, I am not putting them aside. I will try to find time to work on Caledonia story and the book. I still won't give it up! I want to finish it so I know that I have served my readers well.

It looks like you might, maybe... hopefully will get the next chapter in the next couple of days. As for the rest of the story, that will have to wait until after my trip. I am going to see Harry Potter 7.2 and I am postively sure it will inspire me to finish up the last part of the story. I appreciate your support, favoriting the story and all that. It's been a wonderful ride! Let's finish this story up by the end of the summer!

June 7, 2011: A chapter was posted for Caledonia Lilia Snape, another one on the way soon... I'm actually working on the next few chapters and the cut scenes (scenes that wasn't included in the story). I have a quiet few scenes that are just funny, and some sentimental. I've never read any Fem!Harry stories until recently and found a quiet few. I've read about total of 5 or 6 so far and I've liked 3 of them, the other three was just... suck! But, to be polite here, I won't mention. Though, I've enjoyed the three that I've read and for some reasons, I was struck with a different Fem!Harry/Draco plot. I hate it when that happen to me! I want to write it so bad but I KNOW I won't be able to finish it, let alone finish the one I'm currently working on! I am resisting the urge to write the story... resist! Resist! Oh hell, I'm gone to write the plot line.

May 23, 2011: Okay, it's offically summer now... and it's a warm 52 (f) degree outside and green had exploded everywhere in the past week and bugs are beginning to crawl everywhere. Yes, that's summer for Alaska...

I've been trying to work a little bit on Caledonia Lilia Snape... the next chapter had actually stumped me for the past six months. I'm just sitting there, staring at the chapters, nine pages written out but, five scenes that jumped from time to time, it's a bit disconcerning and I can't just release it to you all yet because it's a mess.

But it's coming soon! I think I managed to come up with an idea to fix this chapter this morning. ^_^

Once Caledonia Lilia Snape story is finished... I will attempt to work on Road to Damascus Chronicle but I am "retiring" from writing fan fictons... I do have many more ideas and stories but I just don't have the time or desire to write them out anymore. I'm too busy.

I also have way too many projects to work on. Writing a children book this summer is my biggest priority... I have a book in mind to write and really would like to work on it and get it published. ^_^

Anyhoo, keep the eye out for Caledonia Lilia Snape! And thank you all for your wonderful support, reviews and favorites! I better be getting a lot of them after a long dry spell!

April 18, 2011: I've not been able to update for many reasons... I've been busy with my job, projects for work and I also got sick with bronchitis and it's no fun. I've also been running around town doing many errands because I'm a single mom and there are things I have to do for my son and myself.

But, as of May 21st next month, I will be off from work for the summer break. (I'm a teacher aide) and I will be able to have more time to write. Caledonia Lilia Snape is my priority to finish in fan fiction dom. It will be the first thing I will do after my work is out for the break. The story is basically all finished plot-wise and all that, it just need to be written out and delivered.

I know you all are waiting patiently for the story to be updated and I thank you all for your patience. ^_^

As for everything else... We'll see.

Okay... I was wrong. I thought I'd have more time to write on spring break... nope. I was so busy babysitting, doing errands and moving my house around (moving my bedroom and my son's room from upstairs to downstairs and organizing a lot of things). I also was distracted with Road to Damascus (reading it, not writing it) and ended up trying to work on my fiction novel that I wanted to publish someday soon. I did try to work on Caledonia Lilia Snape chapter seven and found a huge chunk of the chapter missing in the middle - I didn't write it at all. So I am trying to write it a little by little but am being stumped as I was with chapter eight. I will try to get it up soon.

I have a lot of projects that demands my attentions and they are priority because they are job related (which means, if I finish them, I get the moolas). Sigh.

But I can promise you this, Caledonia Lilia Snape will be finished in about 7 or 8 more chapters. 6 to the end of the story and a chapter for epilogue and a surprise chapter for you all! And no lemon. Sorry, I can't write lemon anymore.

Well, I just need one more week to work on CLS.

Busy busy busy… but still managing to keep up with Caledonia Lilia Snape in my sparest of spare time. I am pushing to finish the story so I’d be able to finish Road to Damascus.

As some of you may have noticed, I had closed www.yashodoa.com . I had to do so because I am struggling financially and with time as well. I just don’t have the time to manage the website and it is sad for me because I like to keep it up, specifically for Road to Damascus Chronicle site but it’s not possible for the time being. However, all the pictures are/will be posted in Deviant Art account of mine. The link is up above. Someday, if I gain more time and money or find a way, I’ll like to reopen the website. Until then, we’ll see.

Spring break is here and I’m already up to my eyeballs in errands and things to do for this week. But I am going to try to wrap up Caledonia Lilia Snape this week and have them ready to be posted each weekend until the story comes to the end.

I just started to read Road to Damascus Chronicles myself and can’t help to see how much I like the story and I think I will be able to pick it up again after I finish CLS and reading it. I really want to finish the story myself, because this year will be the 7th year that the story has been around and nearly 10 years since the original story, Cloud’s Secret. Wow.

March 1, 2011:

I had kidney stone removal surgery last night and boy, what an experience... I had two previous surgery experiences but last night was so different... the doctors had hard time trying to find my vein and poked so many holes in my arms until they finally decided to use my neck and that was the worst experience I've ever had! They spent two hours poking, prodding and slapping, heating, rubbing and pinching my arms before that. I was conscious in the OR for 30 minutes waiting to get the IV in and breath the gas in so I'd be out. But noo... I was shivering with both coldness and nervousness and partially shock. I was kinda freaking out a bit but struggled to stay calm. But once the IV was in, they gave me a medicine that was supposed to calm me down and make me tired - well, I forgot that it has tendency to feel hot when getting in my bloodstream via the arm but it was a total different experience when they injected it directly to the neck... my throat felt like it was on fire and the burning heat rose through my skull and I was just in agony and at that moment, the gas came on and I just breathed it right in, going out! But the surgery was a success, the stone was removed and I could immediately feel its absence!

But what hurt the most was my neck. The IV was still there and they could not remove it unless I pee and am able to stand, walk without being nauseous and dizzy. So I told the nurse I never get dizzy (true fact about me, I have this opposite effect of visibilur problem). So, I asked to try to go pee and it hurt like hell to pee but I forced myself because I knew it was my ticket to go home. So I managed to pee and got dressed and they took the IV out. It was honking huge! So thick and long, no wonder why it hurrrt like hell when they put it in! But I was able to go home at last - and true to my words, I wasn't dizzy or nauseous. But danged tired.

I have total of 11 IV holes in me. 6 on my left arm, 3 on my right arm, and one on my right foot and one in my neck, which is causing me a mild headache and soreness when I move my neck.

But in the end, after a day of sleeping, I am 95% better and ready to go back to work tomorrow!

Anyhoo, I had Caledonia Lilia Snape updated last Sunday and a picture to boot as well. Check the link out below. 'Sword at the Bottom of Lake'. That is my best drawing/CG coloring in a long time and I'm rather impressed with myself.

I have one picture by reader's request pending! Animegirl1289 was my 205th reviewer and she asked for a scene from Part Three : Chapter Two. Coming up in few days with the next chapter! I am still waiting to hear from thedarkeuphie (210th) and frannienzbabe (200th). If I don't hear from them by Friday, I will offer the two spots request to my next reviewers! I want ideas, I want to draw!

We’re getting closer to that chapter 8 where I’ve gotten stuck on writing… but luckily for me, Spring break is up next week and I know I will get the rest of the story written out by then!

But as usual, I’m striving for update on Fridays every week until the story is over.

Oh yeah, wanted to mention this to my readers… ever since the divorce last year, I’ve gained back my muse that I had before I got engaged. I’ve been coming up with so many new ideas and stories that I want to write. I managed to write plot notes for A Night with the Daiyoukai! The story that I wanted to write a long time ago but I came up with a different plot line! It’s canon! I also have few more for InuYasha and couple for Harry Potter. But I need to focus on Caledonia Lilia Snape and try to finish Road to Damascus… maybe I’ll get one or two written out… depending on how busy I am. I don’t know what it is, but when I’m so busy, that’s when I am so motivated to write/draw and all that! I am seriously considering focusing working on a children book project this summer and I am actually writing notes, sketching plotlines out and shopping for papers to draw/write the story! I am leaning toward the Bristol papers for cartoon/manga that cost 25 buck.

Just wanted to announce that!
