Likes: Colony Wars Series (playstation), Alien Vs Predator, Doctor Who, all the Lilo & Stitch Movies and episodes, Resident Evil and movies, Lilo and Stitch fanfiction, "Timecop" and "The One" films and Timesplitters:future perfect (as it gave me the idea for my character, Matt, weapons).

Dislikes: Bad parodities of Lilo & Stitch, horror films, early mornings, people who steal other peoples work without permission then say that they made it..

C.P.S Chronicles: Outbreak.

The NSSC get their hands on the serum that created the Lizard and send it to a research lab to work out the side effects. When contact with the lab and the nearby colony cease the NSSC give Agents Wyatt and Wilson 48 hours to investigate the colony before it is 'sanitized' by a battlecruiser.

Wyatt and Wilson hire the Travellers, Matt and Chloe as their pilots to transport the merc team they hired...

It was supposed to be a simple Scout mission...it will be anything but simple...

The first adventure in Matt and Chloe's epic careers as mercenaries takes them to the Digital World of Season 3. There they will be forced to square off against an evil group who desire nothing less than dimensional conquest.

Third Energy Disaster and the Black Months

Third Energy was discovered primarily at Vipercorps facility at Fort Teller and is technically the same energy as Convexity. It was intended as the human races greatest breakthrough in clean, cheap and efficient energy. The test reactor at Teller was able to power nearly the entire mid-west with ease. Shortly after this, the US, European Federation and Russian government helped establish multiple reactoes worldwide as part of a global power grid. Unfortunately, when the last reactor in london was brought on, every single reactor mysteriously suffered catastrophic system failures and exploded.

The energy released caused what would come to be known as 'Rift Storms' that devestated the areas surrounding the ground zero's, England for example being completely devestated. The worse came in the other areas as events ranging from strange mutations in the local populace to Dinosaurs materializing in downtown Paris caused mahem. The government militaries fell into disarray, aided by the fact that their leaders had been present at the London reactor when it had exploded. The next year of chaos as order was slowly restored came to be known as the 'Black Months', a time period where little law and order reigned and basic food and water was difficult to aqquire. Most of the factions (see below) were formed from what was left of the local governments and were instimental in returning a little normalcy to their areas. However, many of the major cities such as Paris remain deserted and are referred to as 'Dead Zones'.

Factions of Third Energy Chronicles.

Name: Enclave

Capitol: New York

Established: 8 months after the third energy disaster at Fort Teller

Bio: An extremely isolationist faction formed mostly from right wing remnents of the US military, the enclave have rejected any and all attempts at contacting them other then to warn ships away from US ports and ground forces and civilians from using the trans-atlantic tunnel. Their troop number is thought to be similar to that if the Vulture Brigade in numbers and training, mostly formed up from National Guard units and J.S.F military platoons.

However, rumours from refuges that made it to Europe before the tunnel was locked down suggest that the enclave is in the middle of attempting to reclaim their own ‘dead zones’.

Name: Far Eastern Federation

Capitol: Beijing

Established: Unknown. Only confirmed tohave been confirmed during the Black months.

Bio: Even less is known about the federation then the Enclave other that they suffered several third energy explosions. The Federation is made up of an alliance of China, Japan, North and South Korea and other far eastern countries except for Mongolia. Satellite scans indicate that there was very little damage compared to other countries when the third energy power grid went critical. The scans also revealed that most power seems to go to buildings with little to none reserved for vehicles, military or commercial.

Despite this, raiders seem to have met with little to no success, although no evidence of how this is done but given that the Federations borders are permanently closed, it is unlikely that anyone will find out in the near future.

Name: European Coalition

Capitol: Copenhagen

Established: 1 Year after the Third Energy Disaster

Bio: Formed from the ashes of the European Federation after the rifts caused the loss of the old capitol of Paris, the Coalition is the major power in Europe. Their alliance with the new Saurian species allowed them to quickly rebuild some semblance of a structure. The Coalitions first test occurred when the Vulture Brigade emerged as a stable force in the remains of the Russian Federation. At first the coalition attempted to force the Vulture Brigade to disarm. Luckily this ended peacefully, as the Coalitions armed forces were a shadow of their former glory, despite being bolstered by old NATO cold war stockpiles.

As of current day, the Coalition is not equipped to carry out long range salvage in dead zones, they contract that to the Vulture Brigade in exchange for supplying the brigade with provisions.

Name: Vulture Brigade

Capitol: Murmansk

Established: 1 ½ years after the third energy disaster

Bio: The Vulture Brigade is based in the remains of the Russian federation, it is mostly formed from people who had reason to disagree with the Coalitions welcoming of the saurians. Many, if not all of them had lost someone during the ‘black months’ and now their lost families murderers were being welcomed with open arms. Most fled over the Russian border and at first the Coalition did not expect to see them again.

This changed a year later when an army unit, made of a mix of US, old NATO and Russian cold war army gear was sighted in a town on the USSR border being salvaged for supplies. A stand off quickly occurred until contact was made with their leader. The group, calling themselves the ‘Vulture Brigade’ was an organization of those who had left rather than join the Coalition.

The survivors had broken into old facilities, salvaged army equipment and more or less retaken their Dead zone without any aid. The forced militarization had come as a cost as the Vulture Brigade was facing a food shortage. The Coalition quickly offered a deal: The brigade would make sure that no lethal lifeforms escaped from the Russian dead zone and would perform salvageing in said zones in exchange for supplies to stave off their shortage.

As of present day, the Brigade operates one of the best trained and maintained militaries, a fact that has put off many raider clans.
