Author has written 19 stories for Harry Potter, Orson Scott Card, Pirates of the Caribbean, Solitaire, Clive Barker', Wind On Fire, Beauty and the Beast, Fairy Tales, Phantom of the Opera, Misc. Books, Sky High, and Lord of the Flies. All men dream but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes to make it possible. The more a man knows, the more he forgives. We think too small - like the frog at the bottom of the well. He thinks the sky is only as big as the top of the well. If he surfaced, he would have an entirely different view. All You Will Ever Need To Know About Me I am a reviewer at heart - I love reviewing, and thinking about stories. Sometimes, I think so much I write essays about people's stories - once, I hit around eight hundred words (I think). If I am to keep doing this, I would really like at least some sort of acknowledgement of my review. It's saddening to see that no one cares when you've spent a great deal of time writing something heartfelt and hopefully helpful. That aside, I like it when people review my stuff too. A second note I would like to make is concerning the quality of my writing. Over my years of having this account, I have published sub-par writing. Occasionally, I still do. Keep in mind when you're reading that as I grow, my writing does too - and with that in mind, don't judge me too harshly. This account is somewhat of a record of how my writing has changed through the years, from spelling to diction, so one piece will potentially differ drastically from another. My final message is concerning my fandoms - Fairy Tales, and Beauty and the Beast. I write stories for other fandoms, and occasionally, I read them, but Fairytales and BatB are my favorite corners of the fic world - small enough to be original and appreciated, yet large enough that people do actually read them and review. Fairytales are beautiful, and contain so much space for originality that I find them difficult not to love. While other stories have to be labeled "AU," fairytales are always AU. And the writers have such interesting personalities... I am honored to be a part of the fairytale fanfic community. I have developed a new system of favorites. My favorites list has my favorite stories, however in addition to that, I am also listing the most impressive short stories I've read on fanfic. It's almost a sponsor system. So, even if you don't like my stories, I would strongly advise reading at least one of these: Heart of Gold - Clar the Pirate a twelve dancing princesses twoshot that is absolutely heartrending Peter and Ender - LongshotMike a masterful ender's game fic that beautifully shows what could have been The Dark Tower - The person who used to be Piratess of Summer a general fairytale fic that subtly points out human flaws Other Crap that You Don't Care About: My Review Rate: 3.08 calculated by dividing total reviews by total hits and multiplying by 100 My Claim to Fame on Fanfiction.net: I am the only person on this site who has written fanfiction for The Folk Keeper, by Franny Bilingsly. Oh, dearie me, I feel special now!! Of course, no one reads my Folk Keeper fanfics, but it doesn't matter, since I'm the first. If anyone follows me, they'll be second, no matter what!! Also, as a side note, I'm waiting for someone to comment on the fact that I've quoted Mao. Update to that: there are people who have commented about me quoting Mao - I have to look them up. I think it's only 2 people so far. Clar the Pirate was one of them, of course, because Clar the Pirate is awesome. Current Happy Thought: The OLYMPICS!! | |||||||||
