I'm sweet seventeen, residing in the cesspool called the Garden State, a bs-ing will-be-senior in a Humanities program, and I'm insane. And violent. That's basically what you need to be in Humanities. Other than that, I'm your average everyday "beatnik" girl next door who is one of the few in New Jersey who does not go home every night to slit my wrists. My fellow brethren, I am joking. I enjoy classic rock such as The Doors, The Beatles, Aerosmith, Steve Miller Band, AC/DC, Journey, Led Zeppelin, you name it. I love metal music, Iron Maiden being at the top of my list, and your ordinary modern bands like The Dresden Dolls, My Chemical Romance, Smashing Pumpkins, Emiliefreaking Autumn, and The Cure. Let's speak jazz, classical, and opera. Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerarld, and Harry Connick Jr. Beethoven. My favorite. And Paganini as well. I dig old movies, adore Cary Grant, Bette Davis, Humphrey Bogart, and Katharine Hepburn. Frankly, Audrey Hepburn is overrated. Johnny Depp is just about my number one favorite actor of all time and Tim Burton my idol in directing movies. I've a seven year old crush on Helena Bonham Carter. I love anime/manga, my favorites being Count Cain/Godchild, Rurouni Kenshin, Angel Sanctuary, Fushigi Yuugi, Ayashi no Ceres, CCS, Death Note (my latest obsession) and too many others to name. I love to read: cult fiction. Some of the best are ones by V.C. Andrews, specifically The Dollanganger Series and My Sweet Audrina, A Clockwork Orange, Shizuko's Daugther, and Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles. I love vampires btw, but NOT because they are "so hot". Pfft. I greatly dislike the "Twilight" series. I deem it the worstattempt at a vampiric novel ever. If one wants a vampire novel, steer clear from this fluffy, over romanticized view of vampires (who are nottrue vampires in my book), and read a real novel without a mary sue like character for a protagonist. But then again, that's how I feel. Very strongly. Yes. I have read it. For the record: I do not flame. I criticize. And if I'm not too starstruck or too embarrassed to be associated, I actually review. If you're one of those pathetic teenyboppers who cannot for the life of you tell the difference between someone trying to help you and someone trying to discourage you, run. Run away from me before I get my hands on you. I've had all I can take from people who write fics but refuse when someone tries to assist them with becoming a better writer. If you really enjoy writing, you accept when someone tries to help you. You'll want to be a better writer. Not a damn whining brat who thinks that "reviews" like: omg! update! or i luv ur fic! or awsum stry! hurry and update! are actual reviews. For a writer, they can be encouraging, but helpful? I'm sorry, but no. If a "flame" is what can bring certain people back down to reality, then so be it. I "FLAME" you. Yaoi. I like yaoi. June 24, 2008: I'm on a hiatus. I don't know for how long. I'm a little stressed at the moment. Too many things going on. I may update here and now but nothing is permanent. Also, my love for fanfiction is slowly dwindling as per a lack of interesting stories and the nonexistent updates of some of my favorite authors. For now, I'll probably settle to writing on fictionpress or updating one shots. You can be sure to see some Harry Potter one shots sometime and maybe one or two more Rurouni Kenshin oneshots.
