I firmly believe in positive reinforcement, especially for young/new writers. I am an older writer, as in professional NFic. writing. I know how important encouragement and positive direction can be.

KEEP WRITING even if you feel like you have writer's block. Working through it is hard, but you grow as a writer from doing so.

And dear writer friends, there are times real life, RL, does get in the way of fanfic. But that's okay. Fanfic is the fantasy, RL goes on, building and growing until the end. Finish your stories if you can, but it's good to keep it all in perspective.
