Ello everyone! I'm Jiyunamai. Jiyu for short. I'm 17 and live in the U.S. My first language is English and I love literature. Writting has always been a passion of mine; poetry, fiction novels, and some times I can even write a short story. I dont really like short stories though because I'm big on detail and short stories leave little room for detail. But I love to write poetry, and am currently working on typing my first novel (most of it is already on paper).

I read mostly fictions (romance, horror, angst, some fantasy- though I find many fantasy novels very hard to get through- and a lot of manga in the above genres). I'm not even going to try to make a list. But some of my fav manga are D.N.Angel, GetBackers, Helsing, FAKE, Nana, Legal Drug, and catagory: freaks. And the list goes on... Oh, and Dragon Ball and DBZ.

lol. I dont really know what to put here. Uhm, I recently graduated high school and am in the process of looking for a job. I plan to attend college come fall. I tend to be a work-aholic in my "spare time". It makes me sad some times because I want to spend more of my time writing. Buuut, we humans have to eat right? RIGHT! lol.

If anyone has any requests, I'd be happy to hear them, and if its something I know, I'll take a shot at it. PLEASE GIVE ME SOMETHING TO WRITE THAT PEOPLE (at least the requestee) WANTS TO READ!! I would love to write on request.

(If anyone is wondering about my name- its actually the literal translation of my name into Japanese combined with the Japanese word for 'melody' or 'song'. So the entire thing is 'free melody'. :) My name, and my moms. It seemed a more tasteful way of combining them. lol)
