Author has written 23 stories for Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord of the Rings, Halo, Odyssey, Final Fantasy IX, Fullmetal Alchemist, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Sherlock Holmes, Fright Night, and Doctor Who. THE AUTHOR: Well, hello there, gentle viewers! Some of you may know me better by the name Tayber Hecate. You don't need to know much about me personally. After all, you're not here for me. You, like me, are here for the stories - for the characters and worlds you know and love. Anything else is irrelevant. My preferred themes are family/friendship, physical and emotional hurt/comfort, fantasy, spiritualism, and adventure. I love to explore the different ways that characters interact with one another, to get inside their heads, and see how their dealings with each other expose more about their true selves, and help them to grow as people. If that's your kind of story, you've come to the right place. CURRENT WORKS IN PROGRESS: For the most part, I am only actively writing for Fright Night, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Doctor Who, and a handful of stories for other fandoms. The following are my main projects at the moment. Equipment - (Fright Night) Experts Peter Vincent and Charley Brewster display the proper (and not so proper) use of the standard gadgets, objects, implements, items, props, gizmos, toys, gear, things, and tools of a vampire hunter. Sorry to Burst Your Bubble - (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang) In which Perry has no sense of personal space, Harry is flexible, and Harmony doesn't really mind. Very Early Days - (Doctor Who) The Doctor is positive that River Song would not miss these early moments for the world, because these are the days that lead to him becoming the man she clearly loved. So you see, he's not really slipping away, even if feels like that at times. Featuring Professor River Song and the Tenth Doctor. COMING SOON!! OLDER WORKS: Including all stories from 2009 and earlier. Most of these are embarrassing crap, and proof of how much I've progressed. ADOPTION OPPORTUNITIES: "The Gathering", "The Ramblings of a Madman", "Did It Hurt?", "The One to Make Him Smile", and "Isn't Fiction Great?" are all DISCONTINUED on my part. A writer friend of mine has agreed to adopt and continue at least one or two of these. She's currently working on new material, so with any luck, at least a few of these stories will be continued soon. If anyone else reading this would like to adopt any of the above-mentioned stories, now is the time to ask! I will of course, alert you and provide a link both here and on the stories when the new writer(s) begin(s) to post them. Regarding My Older One-shots: My Harry Potter one-shot stories have all been grouped together under one story titled "A Series of Angsty Events" and the one-shot "Cry For Me" has been revised. The orginal version of "Cry For Me" was translated into Russian by the Thomas M.R. a few years ago.
